In terms of service, it's okay.Ordered a suite but the room was dusty, the water wasn't clean, there was no water heater, the toilet had to be flushed manually, the lights were very dim, there was only 1 TV plug so you couldn't watch,

Clean, comfortable rooms, cold AC.Easy booking, I made it via RedDoorz Online easily. Includes breakfast plus 30,000 / 2 people.The minus... The toilet flushes manually, the reception is often empty, the water turns off in the middle of the night. The person on duty also doesn't stand by the location, so for newcomers like me it's a bit confusing.

Not according to the price, the service is lacking, breakfast at 8.30 there is no waiter in the kitchen but there is only 1 egg left, there is only 1 plate left while we have 2 rooms, 4 people who haven't had breakfast, we look for the waiter and can't find it, very disappointed with the waiter

Returning home from Padang Kerinci, rest first at the Umi Kalsum guest house because it's already late, the building is old, but overall the service is satisfactory, the facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious with wardrobes, cold AC, towels, bath soap, the bathroom also has a water heater. , there is TV and WiFi too, you can also book using the Reddorz application, recommended guesthouse 👍👍👍

the room is clean, the towels are ok, the TV broadcast is also decent, the room lights are ok too. the bathroom must be flushed manually, yes for lodging in the area it's quite ok. although it would be better if the toilet was repaired, and if there was additional wifi it would be cool.
