The location is very convenient. The room design is elegant. I especially like the design of the bathroom. The washbasin has enough space and is very comfortable to use. Unfortunately the pillows are too soft and thin, I think one of the pillows needs to be changed to a firmer style. The service was very attentive, and the staff quickly responded to my request and turned off the toilet's heating function. In addition, I would like to express my special thanks to the hotel employee Concierge Desk Bell Attendant Hiroko Fukunishi. Before I arrived in Japan, she explained to me in detail through email how to walk to the hotel from the Haruka platform, which made it easier for me and my family to come to Osaka for the first time. Arriving at the hotel quickly and smoothly, thank you very much Hiroko🙇‍♀️

I was invited to a party held every year by the deal.I was using it as a participant, so I did not stay overnight.It's located just a few minutes' walk from the south side of Osaka Station, so it's very convenient and easy to find, and it's convenient for meetings, so I don't think you'll get lost.The parking lot is 300 yen for 30 minutes considering it's in front of the station, so it's not cheap, but I think it's a typical price.Hilton Osaka is located in the corner of the Herbis Building, which houses the Shiki Theater Company and other high-end brands.From the lobby to the designated banquet room.We took the elevator, enjoyed the party while enjoying the night view of Osaka, and had a multi-course meal.This is an annual event, so I would like to participate again next year to enjoy a different night view of Osaka.

It was a very pleasant stay. Great room size (American size), clean, updated, beautiful room, super convenient location to transit through underground, connected to a few big malls, very friendly and helpful staffs, the breakfast was so good. The only complaint was the shuttle isn’t convenient at all. At first when we landed at Kansai airport, there were no shuttle counter to get tickets, only machines were available but none of them stated which bus and station is for Hilton Osaka. We finally spent 20,000 yen to take a cab because we were so exhausted after the long line and process at the immigration and customs. Then when we checked out, we had to walk a block across the street to the station and you got your own tickets at the machine. It was quite of hassle because we had 4 big luggages (2 for each). Especially on an uneven road with full of people. I will definitely consider to stay here again next time if the price is more reasonable. We reserved the room at the time with the best exchange rate but checked out (we didn’t pay until check out) at the time of huge leap of yen. It made quite a bit difference.

There are too few elevators, so if there are a lot of people using it, such as around 10am, you will never be able to ride the middle floors. In my case, I waited over 20 minutes. The guest rooms are old and have a lot of dust.As you can see from the photos, if you go out for a day, it's already full of dust. I was really disappointed. I recommend going to another hotel.
