The facilities are reasonable for the price, but the customer service is outrageous.Perhaps it was during the event period, but there were no lodgings around Nagoya, so we decided to come here.Even though I had made a reservation online a long time ago, when I checked in, I was told, ``Today is full, so please go to another building.''During the day, I received a one-phone call from an unknown number. I checked the hotel number later. When I asked for important information to be left on the answering machine, she took away my check-in form and said, ``If you don't want to, I'll go elsewhere.''When I explained the above incident to the person in charge, he said, ``Maybe there was something you didn't like about it?'' (lol).

I often drive to Nishio City for shopping, and I often pass by Business Hotel Takeso, but I have never stayed there before. Actually, I had planned to book my stay on August 15th and enjoy the Yonezugawa Festival to the fullest, but the typhoon hit and I ended up booking my stay on the 17th. I wanted to stay at Daiichi Business Hotel Takeso, but there were no rooms available, so I stayed at Daiichi Business Hotel Takeso. My impression is that it is a single-use hotel that is easy to use if you don't mind. The refrigerator doesn't get very cold, but I think it's a good business hotel for single occupancy. The bad points are that the free Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, and the coin laundry cannot be used within the hotel. If you want to use a coin laundry, you won't be able to use it unless you bring your jersey and underwear. These two things are dissatisfying. If you don't address the problems with Wi-Fi early on, bad reviews may spread.

There was a concert being held near Nishio Station, so I gave up on going home and made a reservation. I heard from a friend that the room smelled like cigarettes, but since I smoke heat-not-burn tobacco myself, it didn't bother me much and I got used to it right away.This time I asked to stay without meals, but the breakfast looked delicious. Next time please!Speaking of dissatisfaction...The refrigerator was a portable type and did not get cold at all.It was very quiet and I had a very comfortable and drunk night (lol)
