Extremely convenient location.Plus points for- great accessibility (right across JR Nagoya station)- helpful staff- affordable pricesDeducted some points for- the room, elevator and hallways are clean (I see them clean everyday) but because the interior seems to be as old as the building, it somehow didn't "feel" clean- they don't seem to have non-smoking rooms? I requested for one (online), but could still smell lingering cigarette odor in the room I got (it didn't go away throughout my 4-night stay, even after opening the large window to air out the room)

Location was convenient, very close to the subway, restaurants and convenience stores. If you don't have high expectations, the rooms were functional. I was initially given a room with a really strong smell of cigarette smoke, but was able to get it changed. Bathroom was tiny but sufficient. Service-wise, the staff were helpful but they don't speak much English.

We stayed here one night in a fly-by visit to Nagoya. The location is nice as it is just across the street from the station. However, the room was just really dated and quite gross. …

Great location as it is next door to the Shinkansen station. Convenience store nearby and restaurants at Nagoya Station are plenty. The staff are very helpful even if they do not speak much English. Rooms are small but comfortable. Lan cable available in the room and internet connection is fast.

The hotel is right smack next to Nagoya station, making it super convenient, but that's abt the only good thing I can say. …

The rooms are a little old, but clean and the size is okay for Japanese standards.||The convenience is really good, just right opposite the shinkansen exit, and there are shops all around open till quite late at night, even karaoke if you need them.||Many convenience stores around too. ||Great place for a stopover.

Fulfilled my requirements of bed, kettle and internet. Room small but adequate. Very handy for the station. We could see the shinkansen platforms from our room. There's a 7-11 with ATM across from the back entrance and a reasonable eatery on the corner. You need to ask for a LAN cable for internet in your room

it was clean as most hotels in Japan. location is great, crews were warm and kind. But they don't speak English very well.enough for checks-in, though. it was embarassing that they can't fix my internet connection problem only because they don't understand my English. anyway good for the price.

While they have smoking and non-smoking rooms. The scent of the smokers still lingers in the non smoking rooms. Though it doesn't take away that the rooms are adorable.

Small and cheap hotel. None of the front desk ppl speaks good English. When I talked to them, they can’t understand anything. Can’t even pretend to be of help. The only merit is its location.
