I can't hide how old it is, but the customer service is so pleasant that I want to use it again. The elderly person in charge of breakfast was especially considerate.

It's a short walk from Chita Handa Station, and there's a supermarket next door and a convenience store just a short walk away, so the location is perfect. The rooms are the size of a business hotel, and have no odor and seem to be well-cleaned.As for the service, the breakfast is delicious. Egg-cooked rice is the best. There is also a hot spring, so you can relieve your fatigue. However, the reason I gave the overall rating 3 stars is that there is only one elevator despite the number of guest rooms. There is no elevator at all. There is no elevator to go to the hot springs on the upper floor, which is a hassle.I think it would be a great hotel if there were multiple elevators.

It's a very ordinary business hotel. The downsides, as many people have mentioned, are that there is only one elevator, so there is a long wait time, and that although there is a parking lot, it is not next door but a little far away, so it was difficult to find. The people at the front desk were very pleasant, and although the person undergoing training seemed to be from overseas, there were no problems at all.He was kind, polite and very nice. The room has a spacious bed and is comfortable. There is a shower toilet, but there is no hot water. There was a notice saying that if you turn on the hot water in the sink, it would come out faster, so I did that and it actually saved me a little time.I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and when I was about to relieve myself and go back to sleep, I heard a popping sound. It's not that big, but it bothers me so much that I can't sleep. It finally stopped after about 10 minutes, but what kind of sound was it?I eat breakfast in a corner of the first floor near the front desk and elevator, so I feel uncomfortable no matter where I sit because there's a lot of foot traffic. There's nothing particularly noteworthy about it, but I do appreciate the fact that there's butter instead of margarine. There are indoor and outdoor baths. It was too enclosed to be called an open-air bath, and it felt like there was a square hole about 1m x 6m at the top of the wall. There were three washrooms for women, and they were empty on weekdays, so it wasn't a problem, but what about on weekends, when it would be crowded? There was a hair dryer in the room, so I went to dry it in my room, but when I came back with wet hair, it was so weak that I thought, ``I haven't used this level of airflow in 20 years'' and it didn't dry easily (lol)Would it have been better to have a hair dryer in the public bath?Overall it's not bad, but it's not particularly good either. It's on a low level compared to other hotels nearby, but if I ever stay in the area next time, I'll probably go to Centrair.

I often use visitors. Certainly, the drawback is that the water bath is too lukewarm. But if I had to say it, it's a little-known spot because you can use the sauna for self-lowering and there aren't many people.
