The breakfast buffet doesn't have a lot of variety or quantity, so if you're a big eater, I think it's better to buy what you like at a convenience store. You can go to Sukiya on the opposite side of the road by crossing the pedestrian bridge.

The staff at the reception desk is the worst. Even though it was clearly a male staff member's fault, he was yelling abusive words when the customers couldn't see him, and he was laughing and trying to apologize to the customer in an awkward manner. There was also a staff member who rang the doorbell but never came out because he was smoking. I thought the female staff's response was very nice as she was friendly and courteous.

The hotel is not newThere are no problems with sleeping.A convenience store is about 3 minutes walk away. The subway is a little further away, so it's a bit far to go to the downtown area (Sakae).

The room is large and quiet at night as it is away from the downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. However, the location is only for those who come by car.

Stay in a single roomThe room was spacious for a single room. The size was completely different from the hotel I stayed at in Osaka in the past. Two disappointing pointsWhere there is no public bath. I'd like to soothe my tiredness in a large bath, but it's a pain to have only a unit bath in the room.Breakfast was a light meal, which was a bit disappointing. It was a bread meal. There may not have been rice or miso soup.Coffee and orange juice were delicious.People who want to eat well in the morning may not be satisfied. The room is very satisfying.
