It was located in a residential area, a 5-6 minute walk south of Ogashira-bashi Station, where only the "regular" train stops on the Tokaido Main Line. After exiting the ticket gate, go left along the Tokaido Main Line towards Kanayama Station, turn right at the T-junction where the LIVEMAX Hotel is, and take the ordinary road, which seems to have a splendid name, Hyakuma Kaido, next to Fujita Health University Bantane Hospital. There is only one road through. It's not the shortest route, but I think it's the easiest route.There is plenty of parking for guests around the hotel.-There seems to be a Lawson about 2 minutes walk further south.When I was coming and going from Ogashira Station to the hotel, I could see Tsuruha Drug and a set meal restaurant, although it was a little off the beaten path.-The staff who answered the phone before our visit and when we actually checked in were very polite and kind. I think the hospitality is high.-The building is certainly old and doesn't seem to have a non-smoking room, but there is an izakaya inside the building, and there is also a large public bath, so they are doing a lot of good work. The single room was a standard size and had central air conditioning. There is no problem with the cleanliness except for the slightly yellowing of the wallpaper. The window could be opened a little, so I didn't have to worry about being in a smoking room. The bathtub in the guest room UB was very relaxing. From my room on the west side of the 4th floor, I could see the Shinkansen in the distance. This is probably a business hotel that has been around since the Showa era.-There doesn't seem to be any major price fluctuations due to trends in the hotel industry these days, so I think it's a conscientious business from a customer's perspective.-This time, as it coincided with a big concert, I was unable to find a business hotel near Meieki, Marunouchi, and Sakae, so I asked Mr. Hifumi to help me, and I am very satisfied. If I were to pay the room rate this time, I would like to stay there again.

I did not use the breakfast, and the public bath was not available at the time, so I cannot rate it.Apparently the family bath was available for use, so I should have taken one.I'm grateful for the ¥500 parking lot, but that place is a little off.It was the lowest price in Nagoya city based on what I was looking for, so it was a compromise.

The breakfast was delicious and made me feel like I was back at home.I made a reservation online and called in advance to ask for breakfast to be included.The staff was very responsive and we were able to eat if we paid an additional fee on top of the accommodation fee.A hotel with a Showa era feel.The private family bath was also very comfortable.I want to go again.
