I used it for the first time because I was on a business trip to Osaka.As other reviewers said, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of items, so I personally felt very satisfied.In particular, if you're in a location near a station, you might be facing a main street or railway line, so you're often worried about noise, but this place was very quiet and I was able to get a good night's sleep.This is the main reason why I felt it was good.The area around the station doesn't seem to be flourishing, but since I'm here for business, my only purpose is to take a bath, relax, and go to sleep, so I felt that the quiet environment in which I could sleep was highly praised.

I accidentally made a reservation for room cleaning under a different ECO plan. I received a phone call from the hotel asking if I would be fine with not having to do the usual daily cleaning.When I requested a change in daily cleaning, I was asked to reschedule my reservation instead of changing my plan.Things were good so far, but due to the rescheduling, I noticed that my reservation for 2 people in Superior Twin on May 11th had changed from ¥6.570 per person to ¥13.700 per person, so I complained at check-in. I have no choice but to cancel and reschedule.It was just a change in the cleaning plan, and the hotel told us to reschedule it, which cost ¥27,400 for two people, more than double the original reservation. More expensive than the weekday twin at Imperial Hotel Osaka. The manager said that if you continue to complain, the hotel will refuse to accommodate you.Similar words have been used in the past when changing the date or extending the stay.The worst part is that if you make a twin reservation for 2 people for 6 nights, you will receive a reservation confirmation email of ¥999.999 per person and ¥12,000.000 for 2 people for 6 nights. enters. I don't realize it unless you tell me.How do you manage reservations, cancellations, and changes made by customers on a daily basis?Additionally, this hotel is air-conditioned throughout. There is no individual air conditioner in the room.In the summer, the air conditioner is too effective, and in the winter, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling cold, and when I asked the front desk, they turned on the air conditioning even though the outside temperature was 9 degrees. I catch a cold.This is not a hotel you should stay at in summer or winter if you are traveling with small children.As a former hotel manager, I had reached the limit of my patience, so I canceled the next 72 nights and changed hotels.A hotel I don't want to stay at again.

I used it to go to Osaka Castle Hall to see Hikaru Utada's LIVE and USJ 🎤🌏Osaka Castle Hall is 2 stations away, 5 minutes away, and you can get to USJ in less than 20 minutes using JR for ¥190, so it was a very conveniently located hotel.The hotel was cleaner than I expected, there was a free water dispenser on the first floor, there was a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel on the left, there was a smoking room, and check-out was at 11:00, so there was no inconvenience at all. is!Since the air conditioner is integrated into the facility, you cannot adjust the temperature, only the strength of the airflow, so please be careful if this is the only thing you are concerned about.

I had a training session next door and stayed there for one night.This is a common business hotel near the station, and the employees were courteous.The amenities are on the first floor and each person takes what they need, and it's a card key, but the card doesn't have the room number written on it, and when you check in with the machine, the room number comes out on paper, which is inconvenient. heyThere is no particular entertainment around, but there are many restaurants within a short walk, and Seven is right in front of you.Breakfast can be added for 1200 yen.
