Good location and very nice staff. As many people mentioned in their reviews though, the beds are indeed quite hard! 😂 Luckily, I was still able to sleep, but I would've preferred a softer bed. I think many people would find the beds very uncomfortable. There is a laundry machine (washer+dryer), but only one. It also takes a very long time to wash and dry your clothes. 2 hours for the standard time, but my clothes still didn't dry enough, so that was an additional hour added until my clothes dried completely. The bed and laundry machine are my only complaints, but the staff were very great, so thank you anyways. 🙂

The station was very close, which was helpful, and I was grateful that they kindly kept my luggage after I checked out! ! I would like to use it again when I go to Nagoya!

I don't want to stay at a hotel like this again.Even though it says it's right next to Marunouchi Station, it's only a 1-minute walk and you have to walk a lot. Even if there is a convenience store nearby, you will have to cross a large intersection on a main street. The refrigerator was placed directly in the room, and there was a strange smell. It's along the main road, so the noise from cars makes it difficult to sleep at night. There are no pajamas provided. The curtains in the unit bath are quite short in width and length, and the floor gets soaked when you take a shower. If you stay for consecutive nights, there will be no cleaning service, and there will be no room for cleaning. The built-in TV is fixed at the top and it hurts my neck to watch it. The room is small, there is no lock, and the walls are thin so there is no soundproofing from surrounding rooms. The lock of the unit bath is broken and cannot be closed. However, during the three-day weekend, it costs more than 12,000 yen per night.

I had to give up staying in Nagoya due to the typhoon and natural disasters, and the trains were not running. As per the terms and conditions, you will be charged a cancellation fee even in this situation. I also contacted the front desk, but they only told me what the rules were.I find it strange that they are being treated in this way even when the safety of the guests cannot be guaranteed.Of course, I know that running a hotel requires money, but I wish they would have been more considerate.

Like all the other reviews, the beds are rock hard, but at least the pillows are alright. The 2 person rooms were barely big enough for both of our luggage, and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms, so they become hot and stuffy long after someone has a shower. The rest of the building seemed new, but it's just a shame about the beds.Wouldn't recommend long stays here, maybe only a night or 2 if you need somewhere cheaper while passing through Nagoya.

A reasonable hotel located a few minutes walk from Marunouchi Station, which is a few stops from Nagoya Station. I was able to get a great deal by staying at a time when the prices were getting cheaper and using the site's discount. There are two subway lines, a convenience store and a coffee shop nearby, so the location is quite good. The room was also nicer and nicer than I expected. Although it was a unit bath, it felt new. There is also shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, disposable slippers, hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. There was information that the bed was hard, and it was indeed hard, but I didn't have any particular problems. To be honest, I was in the room right after opening the door, so it wasn't a problem, but I was a little concerned. (Most of the rooms are through passageways)I don't think there is a problem if you just want to stay the night.

Both at check-in and check-outThere is no receptionist at the front desk.Style that lets you know with a button.Anyone can use the elevator to go to any floor.A box of tissues at checkoutReturn the card key to something like that.It doesn't feel like a hotel considering its location. No auto-lock due to lax securityThe hotel was like an apartment. We do not have the same amenities as a business hotel. There are no loungewear provided in the room.Pay 100 yen at the front deskCosmetics are not included. You need to prepare it yourself.Pay the same price as a business hotelTherefore, we will provide the same level of service.I will give you a fair evaluation.
