I use a lot of business hotels, but the staff here didn't even smile and were unfriendly and unfriendly! !I can't respond based on the customer's feelings! !If we can't improve it, there will be customers who will feel bad again! !

I stayed in a single room.Because it was a new building, the building and rooms were in good condition. However, if you open the curtain, there is a window in the room across from you. It's close enough that you can extend your arms and toast the guests in the room across from you.You can sleep comfortably with the curtains open, but it was difficult to fall asleep because you had to cover the window with the curtains, and it was very uncomfortable in the morning because you didn't know if the sun was up.If half of the rooms on a floor are like this, I think it's serious.I think there should be advance notice or discount offers on the room reservation screen on the website. When I visited Japan, I trusted Toyoko Inn and made a reservation without hesitation, but I am sorry to have experienced this after a complaint was filed in another region.

The main building and the new building were located close by, so there was no way to get them confused. It took 7 minutes on foot from Meitetsu Nagoya Station.I chose the new building, and of course the environment and facilities were clean and refreshing. From my experience as a frequent user of this hotel, I would like to praise the fact that they installed the TV on the wall so that you can watch it while lying in bed and attached wheels to the chair legs as very good measures. However, considering the utility of a business hotel, I wonder if it was necessary to install indoor lighting (color conversion and brightness control) with a remote control, which is expensive to maintain. All such cost increases will be passed on to guests...In my opinion, the dimmer switch installed in the existing hotel is sufficient. Also, I don't understand why the self-check-in kiosk was installed in front of the reception, which is indoors. If you installed a Kiosk for the purpose of reducing costs, you could set up a Kiosk booth at the front door, perform a self-check-in procedure, and approve your stay...Expensive machines and systems are installed in front of the reception, causing inconvenience to guests, and workers work the same regardless of whether they install a self-check-in kiosk, so it is questionable whether installing a kiosk will have a cost-saving effect on the hotel. It takes. It was cheap and refreshing. Thank you.

Why is the breakfast at Toyoko Inn so different, and the bread is not delicious? I stayed at Toyoko Inn Matsumoto Station East Gate the day before yesterday. It has traditional rice breakfast and rich side dishes. I want to eat rice for breakfast. Next When booking Toyoko Inn for the first time, I chose a hotel based on breakfast.

As of 8:45am, there was no breakfast available. At other Toyoko Inns, they restock until the last minute. Bad service.

It's a new building so it has a new construction smell. The room isn't small, but it's not large either. There is no unit bath, but a room with a combined toilet and shower. There is no public bath, so you cannot soak in the bathtub. The free breakfast buffet is a rare Koppepan even at Toyoko Inn. There are many variations, and there are three types of soup, so you won't get bored. The parking lot is mechanical and costs 1800 yen.The overall width is up to 1850mm, so even the latest D segment may be just barely there.
