The space is large and clean. It’s no problem to open two 28-inch suitcases. The location is also good. The staff is very friendly and they can choose a drink for each person👍

Stayed with my dog. When I used it in August 2023, the staff was kind, so I used it again this time for 4 nights.Day 1…Room 202. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything from the electronic key to the next door, sneezes, dog toys, farts, water, etc. Some things can't be helped depending on the quality of the customers.2nd day - 3 consecutive nights...Room 101. The noise from the room next door could be heard occasionally. On top of that, the room is so cold that when I try to turn on the heating, it only works with air conditioning, ventilation, and drying.I called the front desk after midnight, but no matter how many times I called, no one answered. Apparently the hotel doesn't have staff available late at night? That's not that bad!? ️ I had no choice but to make a normal phone call, and in a half-asleep voice, she said, "Yes?"...but I was like, "Yes?" lol. When I told her that I was calling because I couldn't get through to the extension, she said, "Oh, really. What's your business?"I was told that I couldn't turn on the heat unless the manager came tomorrow morning, so I ended up spending the night in a cold room🥶I'm paying over 10,000 yen per night for a room without meals...It would be more comfortable to stay in the car. I thought. The next morning, there was a manager (male) and when I told him that it was cold and there was no heating, he said, ``The entire building is only air conditioned.'' The 202 heating was turned on the day before.I was told, ``Today is Saturday, so I don't know if I'll be able to contact the air conditioner.'' When I asked him, ``Does that mean I have to stay in a cold room for a consecutive night because tomorrow is also Sunday?'' He replied, ``I don't know because it's up to the air conditioner.'' This person claims to be a manager, but the way he handled the situation was wrong. From✋I hope I can use the heating when I get back from going out...😰↓Check heating. The only thing available is ventilation...When I went to the front desk, they asked, "Can I go to my room?" 💦When I talked about what had happened until this morning, another female staff member answered the questions, and after operating the controls in the office, she said, "I think the heating will probably turn on." So try it in your room.'' Since then, the heating has been turned on.Last year, I stayed in the middle of summer, so I only used the air conditioner in the mornings and nights, so I didn't notice it, but in April it still gets cold in the mornings and evenings. Accommodations require special care during the change of seasons.Above all, there is something to learn from the poor customer service skills of the staff, including the manager.

Super recommended! It's super close to JR station and subway station (the kind you see when you exit the station)But it depends on which route you go down. Next, the room is very big. Although the hotel is small, it has a lovely elevator, a lovely service staff (big brother) and a Bichon Frize puppy. There is also welcome coffee, I choose coffee mocha, but it’s a bit sweet.Next time I don’t live in Kyoto, I will still choose to stay here. And using the Agoda machine + wine plan is super cost-effective!

Can be used with pets.It was originally a love hotel, so the soundproofing was good. However, I found a large cockroach in the toilet, which was a negative. Other than that I think it was good.

The location was good and I was satisfied. It was convenient because it was next to Tennoji Park and Shinsekai was also nearby. The room was small, but it didn't bother me because I was only there to sleep. The staff were kind.It was a pity that there was no parking lot.

There is no cigarette smell at all, and the facilities are great. You can also get toiletries downstairs. When you stay, you will receive a coupon that can be exchanged for a drink. …

Lovely hotel! So warm, inviting and homeyLoved all the tiny details, the service provided, the welcome drink and note. Well worth the moneyConvenient too being near the train station, the zoo and an ichiran ramen outlet. Shopping and the mega don quijote just round the corner. Would sefinitely come back here again compared to some bigger hotel brands down the street.
