It was a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station and had good access, which was very convenient. This is a highly recommended place to stay for sightseeing or business. I felt it was the perfect place for a long stay. The amenities were of high quality, there was a washing machine, and there were plenty of kitchen supplies, so it was a very comfortable stay. I stayed on the 7th floor, and the design of the room was very nice, so I would like to check out the other rooms next time.

I stayed here on a trip. The good thing is that it's close to the station. I was also very grateful to be able to use the washing machine and bathroom dryer. However, perhaps the building itself is old or the structure is poor, but I could hear footsteps from the floors above.Perhaps the guests on the upper floor were making noise, and I could hear footsteps, thumping, and occasional laughter from 1 to 3 a.m. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.I called the hotel's inquiry number after 2 a.m., and I was grateful that they answered the phone right away even in the middle of the night, but in the end, the hotel didn't have any staff, so they had to call the guests. That's all I could do... In the end, the noise continued. It depends on what kind of guests are staying on the same day, but I feel like it's not a hotel that can be enjoyed by a large number of people because we have to be quiet because we can hear so much.No matter what design it is, it doesn't matter when you sleep, I just want it to be quiet.I don't know if I would stay there again because the noise was deadly, but the location and facilities were good so I gave it 2 stars. Also, I stayed in midsummer, and the air conditioning at the entrance wasn't working, so it was extremely hot.

Find a place where you can stay in one room with your child. I went there with some anxiety due to the unsettling reviews and very unprofessional phone responses when I contacted them, but in the end it was great! I will always stay here again when I go to Nagoya. About. It's close to Nagoya Station, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The room was sparkling clean ☆ The best part for families with children was the fully stocked kitchen and laundry tools! Cutlery set for the number of people, shiny pots and stove. Plenty of hangers, balcony clothesline + bathroom dryer!!!! No dirty clothes to age and take home (lol) If you wash them at night and dry them in the bathroom, you can wear them in the morning, and you don't have to worry about changing them or when you get home. It's great because you don't have to deal with a lot of laundry! An evacuation ladder is also installed on the balcony, so I thought safety was taken into account. The design of the room was very cute and the children were very happy! They said they wanted to go back to their room as soon as possible.I am very satisfied with my stay, but since there is no hand soap and hand towel in the bathroom, it is inconvenient to go to the bathroom to get body soap every time, so I would like to have hand soap, and although the kitchen is fully equipped, there is no dining table. I wanted a table (it's on the 8th floor), and it would have been great if there was a full-length mirror.just. I understand that they have to save on labor costs because they have 8 groups per day, but I'm worried that it won't be easy even after 30 calls when checking in. I was worried that the person who answered the question would only speak broken Japanese. Although it's a nice hotel, I was left with a very disappointing impression when I interacted with the staff, so I really hope they improve it!! It's a waste.Other than that, it was really great, and I would definitely stay on a different floor next time!

it's the best. This time, I used the blue variation on the second floor. It was a very nice room with beautiful ultramarine blue Tokoname ware tiles. We have everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and heated bath, so if you want to spend some relaxing time with your loved ones in your room 🙆‍♀️It's also a 5 minute walk from Nagoya Station.I also wanted to stay in a room on another floor.

We were planning to stay in early December.I confirmed that I could check in until 27:00 on the same day, and even though I called during that time, there was no response from the tablet at the entrance.I tried the tablet many times for almost an hour, and even when I called, there was no response.I decided to look for a hotel since I would end up camping out in the wild if I stayed like this.Since I was planning to stay the night, I didn't have to charge my phone, and there was a concert at Nagoya Dome on Saturday and Sunday, so there were almost no vacancies at the hotel, and the prices were getting expensive.I bought a charger at a convenience store, called the hotel one after another, and finally found the solution. I stayed at a hotel with poor conditions. We knew that this Dome event would be expensive, so we made reservations three months in advance, at the end of September, and made thorough preparations, but this was the punishment. In the end, I found a place to stay, but that was just the result, and I was horrified to think that if I couldn't find a place to stay overnight, I would have to search for a place to sleep or have a night out at 1-2 a.m., and I felt terrible mental pain. Also, I had contacted the hotel in advance and left my luggage in the room, so even when I got to the hotel, I didn't have my luggage...I couldn't sleep due to all the pain, and the phone number I looked for was connected, and I had to pick it up at 3am. I had to go, and due to lack of sleep, I had to make a lot of changes to my schedule. .(No matter how many times I tried to call, it wouldn't answer, and since it was an IP phone, the signal was bad, so I couldn't hear anything halfway through, so I struggled for about an hour after getting connected, but I didn't intend to stop using IP phones as an emergency contact.) (I thought this was a response that didn't take the customers into account.)There was no emergency contact information written on the tablet, it was difficult to answer the phone, and there was no one to respond (aren't hotels supposed to be unmanned to cut labor costs?), and even if I did get connected, I found out later that it wasn't a line that would allow me to make a proper phone call. It was full of clumsiness, such as not being able to communicate properly from the tablet.I will never book a stay again.I once again realized how wonderful it is to have a hotel where people are kind enough to greet you at the entrance. The trip to Nagoya that I was looking forward to turned out to be the worst, but I think it was a learning experience to avoid staying in such places...

I stayed in a cottage on the 7th floor.Hair on the bathroom floorThere are stains on the dishes that are supposed to be unused.Underneath the closet are futons roughly wrapped in plastic. There are used sanitary napkins in the sanitary box in the toilet. After deciding on a nearby hotel, I chose this hotel because I wanted to feel something out of the ordinary, but there were some disappointing points. The location was good as there were drug stores, convenience stores, and the station nearby.

The quality of the towels and soundproofing were terrible. The sound of footsteps made me feel uncomfortable during the night and early in the morning. I don't want to stay there again, and I don't recommend it.
