Comfy beds, nice room, but very small. Breakfast is good, but space rare. The best is the awesome onsen!

Pretty close with the station with an accessible lift exit. Standard small rooms but it's cozy for 2 people. Nice free happy hour, free take what you want amenities, and abundant breakfast. There's also a small indoor onsen which is nice.

2022.03.30This hotel chain is by a traditional Japanese inn operator with a traditional Japanese operating style. A relic in today’s times but I like the novelty of it.They could use a lesson or two from APA, Toyoko and Route inn. On how to run a hotel. If they want to survive in the modern world. This property in particular was quite poorly maintained and dirty. Air con was moldy and dusty, carpet was broken … bathroom had a smell …. Etc

The hotel was great, offering a complimentary drink during happy hour and free breakfast. However, during Golden Week, there were too many guests and I couldn't find a seat even when I went to the breakfast area at 6:30am. …

We stay two days here. The location is near 久屋大通駛 which is convenient to go to Nagoya eki. The sleeping quality is really good that you won’t hear any noise at night. I am quite enjoy the spy @ ground level. Even though it’s tiny, it’s really clean and tidy and offers anything you need. The coin laundry machines also locate in the spy room. Notably, the staffs are so friendly and willing to help you. I am so thankful the girl staff working in the reception who can speak English very well. She helped us to deal our luggage issue. The breakfast is real Japanese style, they also offer bread. The beef stew really good as well. Anyway, I definitely will choose here again when I visit Nagoya next time.

Avoid at all costs. Me and my group all booked non smoking rooms, they gave us all smoking rooms because they had overbooked. The rooms smelled terrible and I was just getting over a cold so it was extremely harsh on my throat.. I went down and showed my reciept to prove I booked a non smoking room and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for q refund to stay at another hotel somewhere else and they wouldn't do that either. They told me it was my fault that I booked a smoking room as they were disregarding my screenshots on my phone saying otherwise. They then proceeded to call the police and the police spoke 0 English so it was very hard to know what was going on. I ended typing in on Google translate saying I will just take the L and go somewhere else and lose my money. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The front desk manager was very reluctant to help.I wanted to ask the front desk to put me through to another hotel's English speaking customer service because I know it's hard for two people whose native language is not English to understand what each other is saying. The front desk manager told me that there was a phone in the room and that the hotel staff spoke English, but what makes you think that the people at the other hotel speak English when I have to get a translator to even communicate with the people at your hotel?I tried calling from the phone in my room, but the call was a voicemail, not a real person, and it was in Japanese, which I couldn't understand at all. I went back to the front desk and asked if they could make a call for me and the same manager told me it wasn't a real person answering the phone because they were off duty and ask me to call back tomorrow when they were on duty.I don't think a hotel chain would be without any customer service staff at 10pm and I did end up getting through to a staff member at another hotel, so obviously the manager just didn't want to help.I wouldn't have bothered the front desk if I didn't really need help, and it was very disappointing to get this kind of response.

Closest station is Hisaya-odori station and there's a shopping area there. The nicest thing about this location is- there's a park right in front and you can walk thru to Mirai Tower, Oasis 101 and Sakae area. Rooms are small which is usual of japanese business hotels. Also there are in-room slippers!!- what i love most about japanese hotels.
