I decided on this accommodation because of the good location and price.But even though the location and price are good, I won't go again next time.The reasons are as follows.1. As soon as you enter, there is a smell of sewage.2. The employees act friendly on the outside, but when they turn around, they openly laugh at you.3. The floor was not cleaned, so beer and coffee spills remain and it smells bad.4. I wanted to use the bathroom bathtub, but I was never able to use the bathtub because of the sewage smell.5. On the first day, there was a smell from the bedding, so I looked closely and saw that the only white material on the outside was white, and the blanket on the inside was yellow.6. Agoda said that Netflix was available, but in reality, only YouTube was available.7. There is a strange smell from the coffee pot.

To begin with, the air conditioning in the all the rooms on my floor were in the need to be repair. However, when we told the staff in the hotel, he assume that we can endure the hotness and open the window. Whereas the room is inadequate for us to repack our luggages. Moreover, he didn't offer to rearrange new rooms for us. I couldn't sleep all night. Lastly, the only part that I enjoy here is that it has a mesmerizing views, also it locates near the shopping centers.

Stay on Oct 12' 24. A terrible hotel, air con down the whole floor!!! No room to change, only offer to open the window!!! Elevator have only 1 unit with super slow speed. We stay on floor 7, and have to wait for 20 mins!

The rooms are clean and close to Namba Station, and it's a little far from the downtown area, so it's relatively quiet and overall recommended!

A hotel with many problems. Women should be careful when staying alone.When I forgot to lock the door coming in from the smoking area at night, a male staff member in his 40s, probably watching on camera, immediately followed me, stopped the elevator, put one hand in his pocket, and gestured for me to lock the door. It was an attitude from above that I couldn't believe was the way they treated customers.It's my fault for forgetting, but if the staff had the time to monitor and follow customers to make sure the store was closed, I think they should have just closed it for them, and they should have at least asked for it. Impossible.Also, the male cleaning staff opened the door without knocking even though I hadn't checked out yet on the morning of check-out. I was about to be seen when I was changing my clothes.

It was my first time using this hotel, and it was a nice and clean hotel. I think it's a good location as it's within walking distance to Namba Station. There are coin parking lots nearby, but be careful of the pricing system. Room key is card typeThere is a Lawson about a minute walk away.I checked out Meiji Curl, which is limited to Kansai.

Slightly more inbound customersThe location is good for eating in Minami.You can choose high-quality shampoos and treatments in the front lobby and have them delivered to your room. Very nice service.However, when I returned the rack in the lobby,A male staff member told me that I had to disinfect and clean (wipe) the area.This statement is business-related, and there is no need to mention it to customers every time. I understand the current situation, and I can see that they are paying attention to infection control measures.However, there was no need for me to say that I would disinfect the area because a customer had contaminated it.A careless comment at check-out made me feel a little clouded about my departure in the morning.Once again, I learned the importance of Kotodama.

The room with two single beds is relatively small and has less usable space. Putting two suitcases already takes up a lot of space. The location is close to areas frequented by anime fans and is worth using. There is free bath salt provided, two teaspoons is enough, which is good. Unfortunately, there is only one washing and drying equipment, which is often used. If you want to do laundry, I suggest you go to a laundromat next to the hotel. Please note that this is a small refrigerator. The cleaning staff will touch the switch of the refrigerator from time to time to turn it off. If you find this, please report it to the hotel manager.

The quality is very good. The only drawback was the room on the second floor. There were birds chirping outside in the early hours of the morning. I could hear it very clearly in the room and I couldn't sleep at all. It was so bad. I told the clerk that I wanted to live on a high floor, but they refused me.

On the surface it's a very clean, new, good hotel in a great location.From check-in to check-out, I had a couple of conversations with the front desk staff, and I was left with a very good impression.[Bad part]・Cleaning is dirty.∟Very poor quality cleaning, with even solid garbage falling in the room.・The floor is dirty.∟There are a lot of stains on the floor, and I don't feel like standing barefoot because of how dirty it was from cleaning.・Air conditioner installation location∟The air conditioner is on the pillow, and when it's on, it hits my face.This problem could not be solved by changing the wind direction.・Water drops are falling from the air conditioner∟The biggest problem.There is a bedside outlet in the area where the water drips.The moment I entered the room, the air conditioner was on, which gave me a great impression, but there was a puddle of water on the side of the bed.I felt it was very dangerous because the outlet was right where the air conditioner was leaking water.Although this hotel has a beautiful exterior and impressive employees, everything is ruined by the facilities and cleaning.I was really worried about rating it 2 or 3.However, we are giving this rating because there are electrical-related dangers.

This hotel is near Nihonbashi.The room is clean.After checking in, there is a shampoo bar where you can choose your favorite set.Shampoos from business hotels can make your hair stiff, so this is a really nice service.Due to the location, most of the guests are from overseas.Depending on the season, you can stay at a good price, so it's a hotel worth considering.There is a coin parking nearby.

I'm using it for business, but it's a new and clean hotel, so I think it's perfect for couples as well.It's a bit of a walk from the nearest Namba Station, but it's within walking distance. There is a LAWSON convenience store located 30 seconds after exiting the entrance.This time it is also on the homepage photo! We also have “strawberries” and “grapes”! I stayed there after seeing it on Instagram, but the room was dirty.The walls were full of stains and the table had marks from the drink cup in front of it, making it very uncomfortable.It was nice to be able to choose shampoo, but when I returned the bottle on my way home, I was concerned that someone started wiping the bottle in front of me. I wanted you to wipe it somewhere out of sight or wait until I got home.I can't say much because it's free, but the free drinks were lukewarm and tasteless, which was disappointing. In this case, I think it would be better to keep a plastic bottle of water in the refrigerator in the guest room.Breakfast was not edible. The only thing that was delicious was the retort beef tendon curry. It would have been much better to eat this outside without ordering it.
