My initial review:We had booked beforehand but the mother didn't want the deposit, she said it would be paid off on the spot, then during the trip our car broke down so we arrived at night. When we arrived it turned out that the mother had already sold our room again, even though we had kept in contact during the trip, since morning we asked to share the location too. We were transferred to another home stay where there was only 1 toilet and the water was also clogged so there was a puddle in the bathroom as high as 2 cm, from night until morning the water didn't flow, imagine that, we didn't use a shower, we just went to sleep... It was really bad. Well, we might resell our bookings to other peopleOwner response:Sorry, next time use a roadworthy vehicle, especially out of town...Eid is busy, packed, so first come first served. Moreover, if the guest has not yet submitted a down payment, the homestay owner can still hand it over to guests who come, let alone pay directly in cash.We always save guests by finding a replacement homestay, if you are not willing to stay there then you should not agree. I've already stayed overnight and then just give a response like this, I'm already grateful I can stay overnight..The condition of each homestay is the responsibility of each owner.We ask to pay on the spot for mutual convenience, as long as there is no proof (such as a down payment) then every guest who comes is still entitled...The initial problem was that the guest's vehicle was not roadworthy and was damaged on the road so it was late, even though tourist visits were very busy and everyone needed a place to stay. We did not accept deposits at that time, with the intention of giving opportunities to all guests who came.
