We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. I used the shared women's dormitory (3 beds in the room only), while my friends used the private double room.The rooms are very spacious with a large common area. There was always space despite it being quite busy on one of the nights.Everything is clean, except the toilet will have a slight pee smell in the morning perhaps because of guys having bad aim, since the toilets are gender neutral. However the cleaning is done in the day time and all peace is restored by late afternoon.The kitchen is always clean, so is the fridge. Everyone is respectful of each other's spaces and generally quiet at nights. Would recommend for the price paid.

The staff were friendly, it was handy to have access to a full kitchen, and the bed was comfortable.The main detractor was that the entire place smelt strongly like cigarettes, even away from the bar on the second and third floors. Pretty gross.

There is a bar on the 1st floor where you can have a simple meal. It was about a 10 minute walk from Osu Kannon Station. The facilities and supplies were stylish and the cleaning was nearly perfect. There are no negative points other than the sound of rain and the entrance being covered in shoes. There are only a few steep stairs to get to the room on the 3rd floor, so it might be difficult to carry large suitcases.

I used it for 2 nights and 3 days! Although I was an individual, I made a last-minute reservation and there were no vacancies, so I was able to use a large private room! It was quiet, clean and pretty nice! There seemed to be a lot of foreigners in the common space this time, so I didn't have a chance to talk much, but I was able to talk to a lot of people at the bar downstairs, so it was nice! I thought the location was convenient as there was a convenience store nearby, but the nearest station was about 700m so it was a bit of a pain to walk lol
