I was impressed by the Wellbe Sakae store, and the next day I went to the Imaike store because it was full.The result was the worst, it was old, dirty, and the customer service at the front desk was pretty bad, so I'll never go there again!I guess it's for people who don't care if the management is so bad that it's crowded, dirty, and the customer service is bad.Managers don't really care about this environment.

Baths, saunas, and accommodations are perfect.I will leave these reviews to other reviewers.The problem is the restaurantEven though the facility is open 24 hours, the restaurant closes too early.Food last order is 11:00 p.m. Drink last order is 11:30 p.m.I want to freshen up in the bath before eating and drinking.It's very unfortunateI don't understand why you can't enjoy same slowly.Before the coronavirus, it was supposed to be open until midnight.I don't know if it's because of a staff shortage, but I would like them to return to the same business hours as before.I also don't like the lack of kindness toward smokers.It's a facility for relaxing. . .The smoking area on the 1st floor has been closed.The smoking area in B1 no longer has benches and is small, so only about two people can fit in.What kind of harassment is this?

I used Ramin (premium room)! It was great! With a wide variety of baths and saunas, you'll feel like you're in an amusement park.The Finnish sauna has high humidity and feels good. The room is also spacious and comfortable. The small windows give the space an open and relaxed feel without feeling closed off.Next, I tried ``Karafuro'' for the first time. I was confused at first, but I quickly understood how to use it. In a small, dark private room with no sound, you can just forget about your daily worries and immerse yourself! The feeling of refreshing after leaving is exceptional.Furthermore, there is another type of sauna, and that is the forest sauna. There is a water bath inside the sauna for the manual rollyu! My first experience. It is surprising that only the head is hot.Bathing in the open air feels good because you can feel the outside air and there is a fan.Premium rooms are quiet and you can sleep while watching the big monitor. I couldn't watch TV while sleeping at home, so it felt special and easy to spend time with. However, the headphones were painful when wearing glasses. I can't help it.【others】Also, I forgot something and had to go pick it up the next day, but they put it in a plastic bag and I was able to pick it up. I tried using it for the first time in over 10 years.In the past, there was no difference in price whether you made a reservation or on the day, but now reservations are the lowest prices...I hurriedly made a reservation and entered the capsule.When comparing things with what they were 10 years ago... there are parts that have undeniably deteriorated over time. In particular, will the leaking part of the capsule locker be okay? It may be tough, but I think it would be better to repair it.Also, the morning buffet, which is free for capsule guests and above, is still going strong. I am grateful that we are still providing this service even though we are affected by the recent high prices. It's also a reason to stay... so I'd like to see it maintained somehow.The sauna was very well-equipped, and the service was of high quality, so I was able to enjoy the sauna to my satisfaction.I want to go to Sakae next time, but it seems like there are a lot of young people these days, so I don't know what to do...
