It was my first time using it.The area around the hotel is along railroad tracks so it might be a little noisy. That's what I thought, but that wasn't the case. Personally...Also, at check-out,It may have been a coincidence, butHe came out of the way from the counter and greeted me.Thank you very much for your consideration.Furthermore, although the approach was by car,The staff at the affiliated parking lot next door said,I felt very comfortable with the warm hospitality that I received both when I arrived at the store and when I left the store the next day.By the way,Since it is mechanical, the sensor is sensitive in a good way...lol

It is a 15-minute walk from the station. Each room can have a parking space. The fee is ¥1,500. It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station after eating in the evening, but all the shops in Nagoya Station are closed around 20:30 on Saturday night. The hotel staff was also very considerate in making room arrangements. They told us that we wanted a quiet room and helped us arrange a high-floor side room. The room is very Japanese-style, clean, and the service staff is friendly. You can drink the water when you turn on the faucet. I actually tested TDS=37 and drank it directly.

Busy business Nagoya hotel tucked in between two “super” hotels (this description helped me locate the right Richmond Hotel on Google Maps, as there are multiple). 8 minute walk from Nagoya station. Clean, tidy, efficient service and exceptional breakfast. Not the cheapest but convenient location is worth it! We didn’t get a chance but you should try the yakitori places close to the hotel. Also kid friendly. Highly recommended! This is the place to stay when visiting Nagoya!

I took care of my daughter over the weekend. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel with your luggage, and there are 3 convenience stores along the way. I chose this hotel after reading reviews about the eel rice for breakfast. It's not a big hotel, but I thought the staff was great. Everyone was smiling, kind and a real hotelier, more than a five star hotel. The staff at the breakfast venue were also really nice and spoke to me in a pleasant manner. The eel rice was also delicious. We look forward to working with you again when you come to Nagoya.

(2024/9/18-19)It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the room is comfortable, the staff is kind and attentive, and the breakfast menu is full of Nagoya specialties, making you very satisfied♪I think this is a hotel where you can spend a meaningful time.

Use the Shinkansen exit. It's about a 7 minute walk. The bathroom was smaller than I expected. Also, I was concerned about the sound of the train.Amenity buffet is abundant.Facial packs and bath salts are also great.

Stay in Nagoya the night before in preparation for Nozomi's early morning departure from Nagoya. The location is further away from Kawaijuku and Nagoya Station. Looking at the clock, it didn't take long, but it felt a little far away because of the heat. The room is spacious and doesn't feel cramped.Best of all, I got a second helping of eel rice for breakfast. It is now famous as Nagoya Meshi, but I think the only place you can eat a little of it at once is at the hotel breakfast. We highly recommend that breakfast is included. Also, this time I'm looking for a Richmond member card.🔹When I want to eat tempura, I go to Tenya for takeout, and they offer a 10% discount.

It's quite a walk from the station. It's difficult if you have luggage or if it's raining. The breakfast buffet is close to perfect. The eel meal was too sweet though.
