The shower doesn't work, there are no paper towels for coffee and tea, there are no toiletries or towels available. When asked, he said the towels would be ready tomorrow morning, but I wanted to shower at night because I had just arrived in Bukittinggi. The staff is friendly, the rooms are also nice but unfortunately they are not maintained and facilitated by the owner. The price for a deluxe double room is 250,000 without breakfast, which is quite expensive, especially as the facilities are inadequate. Not recommended for those who want to stay here. It's better to pay a lot of money but the facilities are okay. It's enough for me to stay here.

The room is quite spacious, but the lighting with yellow lights makes it uncomfortable in my opinion. The bathroom walls are peeling and moldy, the pillows smell a bit. Got a holey towel.

The room is too close to the road at least 1 meter, the sound of passing vehicles is very loud, the hotel is too close to residential areas, the sound of people chatting and laughing is very loud, making it difficult to sleep. Even though the room booked was a VIP room.

We spent the worst night of our vacation in this hotel!! The noisy hotel, the room we were supposed to have (with a mountain view) we didn't get!! We had an old room without windows with a view of the corridors, very noisy!! The sheets were not clean, my pillows smelled like cat urine and the bathroom was very dirty too. It was unacceptable to rent rooms like that!!! In short, this room looks like a prison

Ordered a Family Room, it turned out the room was narrow, without a fan, the paint on the room was outdated. There are no glasses and sugar/coffee/tea available.There is no soap and shampoo.The rooms are right on the side of the road, so noise from outside enters the rooms, especially since there are holes the size of 10 cm2 in each room without mosquito nets.When we reported that there was still food left in the sink, they answered: "That's all, sir." As if our complaint was excessive.The road is narrow, parking is also on the side of the road.In essence, I really regret booking a room here, it is not recommended for bringing the family.
