The guest rooms and public bath are very clean. Security is also solid. However, there is a device that requires you to hold your card key inside the elevator, and if you don't do that, you will be trapped and the elevator will not work. There was no explanation from the front desk and I was locked up for a while (^_^;)It's a shame because other than that, it was good.

The reception at the front desk when checking in or requesting a taxi reservation, the female staff's attentiveness to the children, the polite way they spoke when we ran into each other in the elevator, and the customer-first attitude all made my stay a pleasant one. The philosophy of the company and the guidance of the managers must be wonderful. I will use them again.

The service at check-in was very good.I use a lot of business hotels, but I think APA is the most polite.Added on 2024/9/19The number of coin laundry machines is too small. It's been running for a long time, and I can't use it forever. Whether you can use it or not depends on your luck. I couldn't use it the day before either, so I went to a coin laundry in Marunouchi to do some laundry. You won't be able to use it at 25:00 when the public bath closes. I won't change the number of stars, but I guess I can do something a little more...

I'm glad that there is a large public bath. The interior is small, which is APA standard, so I can't complain.
