Is it different from what I saw on the internet? I think it's a good environment for people staying in Dokata for a long time, but it's not suitable for a basic travel destination. First of all, there are almost no facilities for women. The staff are very nice, so you need to think about using the right people in the right places.I think the food is completely homemade...

Most of the customers are craftsmen, but it's easy to access, parking is free, and 5,500 yen (including two meals) is way too cheap. The proprietress and all the employees were so friendly and nice. I'm thinking of repeating it again.

The worst kind of response from above. There is no trace of a spirit of service or consideration for others. I was having dinner with a friend when I received a phone call about two hours in advance and was forced to check in by 9:30. Moreover, I was told to come by 9:20. We cut short the dinner and hurried to leave, but we were about to be late due to traffic, so when I called to say that there was a possibility of being late as per the rules on the reservation site, I simply said, "Come quickly." I was surprised by this comment and said, "Huh?"I was very nervous, thinking that I would be in trouble if I was refused accommodation. I almost thought I was speeding or ignoring a traffic light, but when I thought about it calmly, I realized that the usual response from a hotel would be to say, ``Please come slowly and safely,'' so I kept to the legal speed limit and ignored the traffic lights. I left without doing anything. Although I arrived just in time, I couldn't shake my distrust, and the woman in a kimono, who remained seated behind the acrylic board and responded arrogantly, said, ``The inn is requesting guests to come early for their own convenience.'' What will you do if a customer violates the road traffic law or causes an accident? Why do you make statements that irritate customers and induce traffic violations?''When asked, ``It's written in the rules.'' He kept insisting and making excuses, and he was kicked out and told, ``Let's just pretend this (staying overnight) never happened.'' He kicked me out. I have stayed at many hotels and inns, but I have never been told to come early. In fact, it was normal and natural to be told, ``Please take your time and be careful when coming.'' I believe that this is the spirit of Japanese hospitality. However, the woman sitting on the other side of the acrylic board, not moving in the slightest, not only maintained a rude attitude that spoke from above, but also imposed the unilateral convenience of the inn. I was not aware that I had made a comment that would encourage a violation of the law, and I felt very uncomfortable and angry at the customer's lack of consideration for their convenience. However, I thought that if things continued like this, I would end up staying on the street, so I made a lot of phone calls and checked into another hotel at 11am, but they welcomed me without a single unpleasant look. That is the value of the service industry as a service industry.Inns that prioritize their own convenience over the law and the convenience of their guests have no right to call themselves service businesses, and I definitely don't want to stay there. Of course, I would never recommend it to my friends or acquaintances.

I'm a repeater. When I used it before,I liked it because it was a great value.Food is included, the room is spacious, and the price is reasonable. Is it quite cost effective? Is it not? Old inns are said to be cheaper.Although it is old, it is clean and there is no discomfort at all.

I stayed here for the first time in March 2020. Harbor Lodge Nagoya-san, which was my regular lodging, had closed down, so I decided to stay here after being at a loss. The landlady, who welcomes you in a kimono, is unique and leaves a lasting impression. As for my impressions, as others have said, an older woman cleaning the room opens the door and enters without knocking at around 9:20am. I was shocked by this. If you try to sleep naked, you will be in trouble. I really couldn't believe it.However, when I complained of a problem with the guest room, the hostess' response was wonderful.Needless to say, this would be the lowest rating if it were compatible with salt, but since it was a fully satisfactory response, I would give it 4 stars. The main building is an old inn with a Showa feel, but the annex building was a beautiful building and comfortable. Parking is free and the main building has a large public bath.

I love the hostess here!I was very happy to hear your kind words and your concern. I would definitely stay here again.Although the building is from the Showa era, the rooms were well-cleaned and I felt comfortable.Single women can also stay comfortably.
