When I entered the room, there was a strong smell like cigarettes. (According to my companion who grew up overseas, it smells like marijuana.)Have you reserved a smoking room? When I checked my reservation, it was a non-smoking room, so I called the front desk. When I explained the situation, the unfriendly staff didn't really apologize.I just said, ``This is a non-smoking building,'' and I was silent."...?? Huh? So you're saying we won't do anything about it? The smell is so strong that anyone who comes in will notice it, right?""···please wait a moment"After a while, "You can move to a different room.""Then please.""Okay. I'll take the key to your room. Now then."I tried to hang up the phone."Um, could you please make sure to check that the next room doesn't smell like cigarettes?""I understand. Bye."After about 5 minutes, the staff brought the key, but there was no apology. The room I moved to was safe and had no smell, but I was surprised at how bad the response was.If we hadn't gotten rid of it, we wouldn't have had to change the room and the smell would have remained the same.Even though it's not such a cheap hotel, I wondered if this kind of customer service attitude was acceptable...We recommend that those staying at our hotel be prepared to receive such customer service.

Posted on 2024/10/9Even though it's 20 degrees Celsius outside, it's really cold in my room because the air conditioner is on.I asked for the heating to be turned on, but the front desk refused, saying that all rooms were air-conditioned.It's cold anywayThe rooms and the front desk are very clean and there are plenty of amenities at the front desk. The room layout is very easy to use as the washroom and toilet are separated and the washroom is inside the room! However, it is very coldI really liked that the twin room had two separate hanger racks that could be used individually. Moreover, it has quite a depth, so it seems like you can use it a lot.I wish I had brought a down coat. It's cold. The amount of light in the room is sufficient, and there is a desk, chair, and desk light, making it ideal for business trips. It's cold though

The room is quite large and there is enough space for luggage to be placed flat. I like that the toilet and shower are separated. They are cleaned every day. The overall feeling is very clean. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the subway and takes about 12 minutes to walk, but I still recommend everyone to stay.

I stayed in a superior twin room for 3 consecutive nights from April 16th. The room had been renovated and was spacious. What was noteworthy was the shower room. There is no bathtub, but a separate bath and toilet is essential for twin rooms. There was also a washbasin in the room which was convenient. There was an outlet next to the bed, and the interior design was stylish. I would like to use it again.5/7 Return visit Superior twin consecutive nightsThere are some comments about not being able to control the air conditioning, how hot it is, and not being able to ventilate, but here is the control equipment. In the case of twin rooms, it is hidden behind a partition curtain. There is no bathtub, but the shower room is surprisingly comfortable. In the case of a unit bath, you have to be careful not to splash the hot water, but there is no need to worry about that in the shower room. The water pressure is high and you can take a hot bath to your heart's content.9/22 Third stay.A new ice machine was installed.

The location is quite good, the neighborhood is lively (but there are many public relations shops in the alley), there is a large SUGI Pharmacy and a small Matsumoto Kiyoshi next to it, there are many convenience stores, and many restaurants are open until late, a bit like Lin Senbei in Taipei Road, the room needs some improvement. I feel that the sound insulation is not very good. The shelf for hanging the faucet cannot be adjusted by itself. The design of the refrigerator on the bedside is not suitable. Sometimes the compressor will start irregularly. If you are a light sleeper, It's easy to not sleep well, but in a busy area, the room size is quite large.

It feels like it has been renovated. The space for the twin beds is quite good. The toiletries are next to the lobby on the 2F.

The soundproofing is average and the room is pretty good, much larger than other Japanese hotel rooms.
