The hotel is very conveniently located and despite not having it's own parking, there is plenty of places to park along the shoreline. Hotel staff if very friendly and accommodating, and there is a small souvenir shop next to the front desk in case you want to buy something and don't have the time to look around other stores.

One of the few actual hotels on the island compared to the other locations being Ryokan. Parking was free and the check in desk was also modern and automated. Rooms are also modern and use an RFID key. Surprisingly technically advanced for being on a remote island. Only in Japan.

This hotel is not bad not great. I think that’s just a localish hotel. It’s okay just to stay one night. But I guess if you are in Tokunoshima for resort, I recommend you to find other hotel. Not bad condition and you can use family restaurant Joyful on the ground floor, it’s good. And you can walk to get a local supermarket in 5 mins. Enjoy!

There are very few hotels on the island. We are Americans who speak little Japanese. We were able to send email to the hotel to secure a reservation. Received speedy reply and all was in order when we arrived. The room was as expected and true to pictures on the website. Staff very, very nice and helpful. We will return.

Don't stay here, uncivilized staff. Five staff got together and made loud voices for not revealing personal info, not required by law.

I've been using it for work for a while now.I stayed there for the first time in a while, but the walls were full of stains. What's more, it smells like mold.The sound of water running throughout the night.I noticed on the morning of check-out that water was dripping from the telephone receiver attached to the wall of the bed.People who stayed on the upper floors said they didn't feel it, so maybe water is leaking from some floor and affecting the lower floors?The location is perfect, but I would like you to take action as soon as possible.The staff are all very nice people (^-^)

Very far from the airport. 30-40 minutes by car. It's beautiful, quiet and comfortable. A convenience store is quite far away. The woman at the front desk was beautiful. The man was a foreigner.

If you're looking for a cheap trip to Tokunoshima, this hotel is really cheap, so it's great! Breakfast was a Joyful set meal, and it was quite delicious, and the staff was kind, polite, and kind, so I felt good from the morning!Also, even if I bought too many souvenirs, they would ship them to me at the hotel entrance, which was very helpful.The location is convenient for going shopping from the hotel, so I would like to use it again next time.The only disappointing point is that the room smelled a bit musty, so I had to ventilate it a lot.

Stayed in January 2024.Location: It takes about 40 minutes by bus (or rental car) from the airport, but since it is one of Tokunoshima's main urban areas, there are restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores, etc. within walking distance, so general shopping is no problem. There is a bus stop 30 seconds away on foot, so getting to and from the airport by bus is not that inconvenient (as long as you time it right). For reference, the fare from the nearest bus stop to the airport is 1040 yen, cash only.Room: I booked a single room, but it was quite spacious with plenty of space. I had a room on the south side of the 5th floor, and I could see the ocean. You can probably see the ocean from any room on the 3rd floor or above. The walls were thin and I could hear the man next door talking on his cell phone.Parking: The parking lot right next to the hotel is almost always full, so you'll need to park either on the sea side or in the parking lot of a pachinko parlor, which is a 30-second walk from the hotel. Apparently the pachinko parlors are part of the same group, so there is no problem.Staff: Many of the staff were young, but they responded well and I never felt uncomfortable. However, even if you ask about the bus fare to the airport, you won't know exactly, so it's okay to remember that much, right? There was something I thought about.
