Strategic location, around the location there are lots of culinary delights. The hotel staff is quite helpful and responsive. It is necessary to increase the alertness of hotel staff when an earthquake occurs. Coincidentally, during our stay there was an earthquake in Mentawai and it was felt as far as Bukit Tinggi. All guests self-evacuate while outside. Breakfast is not bad for a hotel in its class. Only the prices during Eid are quite high compared to normal days.

Funny c, this hotel. They don't provide shampoo in the bathroom, when they asked for help to buy shampoo they refused. For breakfast, they only take a cup of compote and fried rice, for a choice of drink only tea or coffee, apart from water.

VERY DISAPPOINTED, I STAYED FOR 2 DAYS IN ROOM 209, THEN ON SATURDAY 18 FEBRUARY 2023 THERE WAS NO PRIOR CONFIRMATION THAT THE ROOM WILL BE USED BY OTHER PEOPLE. WITH VERY DISAPPOINTMENT I LEFT THE HOTEL. REALLY BAD SERVICE

The hotel is in the city center, can be cheap for 350 thousand and has air conditioning, booking 2 kmr, August 2022 I'm staying here, it looks like the room has been renovated, added wallpaper, good wardrobe, friendly service, bathroom is also clean. Old model room type with hot and cold shower. There is no elevator for the three-story hall and meeting room on the fourth floor. Simple breakfast. Chili or yellow fried rice is served every morning with fried vermicelli mixed with egg as a complementary ingredient. Drinks are coffee or hot tea... The location is good... 10-15 minutes walk to Jam Gadang.The old-fashioned room type with hot and cold bath shower. There's no elevator for three storey room and meeting hall at fourth one. Breakfast is simple. Chilly sauce or turmeric fried rice is provided each morning with fried vermicelli mixed with egg as the side ingredient. And hot coffee or tea... The location is good... 10-15 minutes strolling up to Gadang Clock.
