Since it was a month in the future and I was unsure of the dates I could travel, I made a reservation for two days online, but the day after I made the reservation, I received an incredible number of missed calls from early morning until night. For some reason, I didn't leave a message on my answering machine, and instead kept receiving calls over and over again, which caused me to run out of charge on my phone, which caused me a lot of trouble.I didn't call back because I felt uncomfortable with his behavior, but the next day, I received an email in the early morning that I would never send on business, saying, ``Are you sure you're going to stay two nights? If you don't want to stay, please cancel right away.'' , I was so scared that I canceled all my reservations.I understand the hotel's desire to cancel the reservation for an extra day due to temporary hold, but I would like a more common-sense method of contact.Later, when I read the reviews, I was convinced that there were many complaints about the poor customer service of the employees. You can see the reason for this bad reputation in every detail of his actions. If this had not happened, I would have stayed without reading the reviews beforehand and would have ended up having a bad experience with my trip, so this was helpful.

The food was very good and the public bath was comfortable. However, I feel that the sauna, which offers a great view, is available only for a short period of time, and that payment is only possible in cash.

The room is a little small, but the location is great with a view of Inuyama Castle and the Kiso River. The food was reasonably delicious, but the salt-grilled sweetfish I had hoped for was dry and not very good (this was my biggest disappointment). The hot spring has a large bathroom and an open-air bath, and you can see Inuyama Castle in the distance.Inside the facility, there are no slippers, so everyone is barefoot or with socks (tabi provided), which gives it a nice open feel. Also, the cleaning is thorough and gives a sense of cleanliness.

``Shunjuan Hasshokaku Mizunowo'' is located a short walk from Shin-Unuma Station along the Kiso River.I went there with some friends, and it happened to be the day when fireworks were going off for about 10 minutes from the Kiso River right in front of me, so it was great to be able to watch the fireworks from my indoor window for about 10 minutes! It was a clear day, so we could see Inuyama Castle lit up and the fireworks at the same time, which was very beautiful.Although the building and interior are a little dated, they were kept clean and comfortable. Also, the hot spring at the bathhouse is a natural hot spring, so the open-air bath was quite pleasant and impressive.I was satisfied overall, but I would like to list a few things that bothered me.① First of all, I was disappointed that the sauna at the bathhouse was only open for a short time, from 5pm to 9pm.② I was told that there was a shop, so I decided to take a look, but the set of souvenirs displayed on the shelf opposite the entrance was said to be a shop (lol) Can this be called a shop?③ I heard that there was a vending machine for alcoholic beverages on the first floor, so I looked around to buy some, but I found a long can of Super Dry for about 500 yen, which might be tourist prices, but... I was in trouble even though I was told that I couldn't bring it in.There were a few things that bothered me, but I would also like to point out some good points. When I travel with friends, I always try to place a simple glass of sake on an empty seat for a friend who has passed away, and the hostess suggests a yin meal. He prepared some rice for me.I was surprised as I had never been offered something like this before, but I was very grateful that I was able to remember the deceased in the end!The food was delicious and I was satisfied!Personally, I thought it was a very nice inn.

The behavior of the employees is the worst. When a customer is feeling unwell, they are under pressure to pay money, and there is no sign of concern at all.I don't want to use it again. If you want to make your trip a wonderful memory, you should avoid staying at this hotel.

Telephone support available. When they found out I wasn't going to use it, they cut me off even though the conversation wasn't over yet. I was surprised at the unexpected response.

The location is very good where you can see the Kiso River and Inuyama Castle. However, the service is the worst. I headed to the inn by private car, but an employee explained to me that I should park in the second parking lot instead of the first parking lot in front of the inn, as a group of overseas tourists would arrive by tour bus. However, if the Hiace car parked in the 1st parking lot was used as the 2nd parking lot, our car could be parked in the 1st parking lot (in the first place, it was always parked in front of the entrance and was a big hindrance to loading and unloading luggage). When I told the employees, they were stuck in one spot and couldn't move for no reason. When I was checking out, I bumped into a sightseeing bus, and at that time, the sightseeing bus was also parked, and the employees were at one point unable to pull over for about 30 minutes until the sightseeing bus departed. As usual, the Hiace for pick-up and drop-off is stuck at one point where it cannot be moved. As a result, we had to carry our carry-on bags and other luggage by hand to the second parking lot. Why didn't you tell me this at check-in? In any case, I really felt that groups were prioritized and individual travel was secondary. Although the location was good, the service was terrible, and personally, I didn't think it was worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
