The hotel is old, the room is old, and the air con vent is dusty. Onsen has a musty smell that is unbearable. The hotel needs a full renovation to attract crowd

The building is old, but it's spacious and relaxing. I don't go to buffet style places often, but I enjoyed it for the first time in a while. The food isn't exceptionally delicious, but it's passable and considering the accommodation costs, I think it's a pretty good value for money.I took this photo because the open-air bath was reserved for private use even though there were a group of guests (smartphones were not allowed...sorry, hotel). One of the purposes of this trip was shochu, and there were many types at the shop, so it was fun to choose. In the end, it was easy to become No. 1 and No. 2 in popularity...I’m looking forward to drinking it!

I just happened to pass by because all the nearby restaurants were closed. Google Maps said they had a restaurant, so I planned to give it a try. Before parking, I asked the waiter if the restaurant was open. He said yes. When I asked at the counter, he said it was only for reservations. And they don’t speak English at all! Seems like I’m not welcomed, anyway, try to avoid this hotel or restaurant if you are not staying there.

Generally, hotel websites and introduction photos are more beautiful than they actually are, but this hotel is even more amazing than the photos shown. Although the hotel is undeniably old, I was satisfied with everything including the rooms, hot springs, and meals. This is a hotel I would like to visit again. However, there are some points that I would like to see improved. One is that the breakfast buffet is not good, especially the rice.Another thing is that the front man doesn't seem to be good at greeting people. Another thing is that the air conditioner in the room is old, and I would like the air vents to be cleaned a little more. Due to health problems...Thank you.

This was my first time using the hotel, and the room was spacious with two separate beds in addition to the Japanese-style room. But there was hair on the sofa and dust everywhere. The service was good, as the woman greeted me properly, but when I went down for my morning run early in the morning, the two men at the front desk didn't say anything, and when they came back, they didn't say anything, which was a little unpleasant. Also, the morning buffet was a little disappointing. In that case, I thought it would be better to have a Japanese or Western menu with free refills of salad, rice, and miso soup.

The food and drinks were delicious, and it was a fun trip! 🥰thank you! When using the hot springs, please bring towels and bath towels from your room. (There are no spare towels)It may be inconvenient for elderly people or people with physical disabilities, as you have to walk a little and going up and down the stairs is difficult. If you ask for water or ice, they will bring it to your room.Thank you for your help🥰

Used 4/28/2023 I'm late, but I'll write a comment. The staff, food, hot springs, and room were all very good.Kagoshima's ponzu sauce ``Pontaro'' goes great with pork shabu for dinner. I immediately bought it as a souvenir in the lobby (lol)The bath is large. And above all, my skin became smoother. My wife's skin became smooth and plump, so I sexually harassed her a bit (*´ω`*)Our family of 6 stayed in an 8-person room, and we slept comfortably.Breakfast was a buffet and was delicious. It was a very good memory.
