The weather was bad so I couldn't enjoy the scenery, but it was said to be an all-weather facility, so I enjoyed the sand bath. The staff at the sand bath are sweating💦It looks like it's hard work, but it's kind of administrative and lonely😔It's a bit disappointing since the reception staff welcomed me with a smile.

We arrived early in the light rain and were able to check in immediately. This is a very grateful response. All the staff I came into contact with were very polite. In particular, the Asian man at the front desk spoke perfect Japanese and was very likable.

Used for final stay of trip around Kagoshima City - Yakushima - Ibusuki. In conclusion, it was the worst hotel ever.It cost just under 20,000 yen including dinner and breakfast, and I was really looking forward to it as a great way to end my trip. The first thing that bothered me was the ferry from Yakushima to Ibusuki, so even though I had exchanged several emails with the person in charge at the time of reservation to ask if there would be a shuttle bus, the bus still didn't arrive even after the scheduled time. .After 10 minutes, I heard someone from the waiting area say, ``We're closing now,'' so I lost my nerve and called. It seems that they were not coordinating well and were forgotten...I waited 40 minutes. I was nervous because there seemed to be a time limit for dinner and a sand steam bath, but it was my mistake and I'm sure there's a guarantee. At this time, I have a forgiving spirit, recognizing that people make mistakes.I thought there would be a very polite apology at the front desk, but all they said was very simple. There is no explanation about the timetable unless you ask us. Tolerance is short-lived, and distrust arises. For dinner, the staff was not keeping up with the staff, and many groups were waiting at the entrance. Many of the staff are foreigners, and you can see the difficult situation in the kitchen. It was a Saturday night so I thought why not, so when I went to eat, I found the Satsuma cuisine course and it was absolutely delicious! However, when I went to pick up a small plate from the half-buffet, I heard an angry voice come from the staff-only back space and say, ``I don't know who you are, but please put away what you put out.''I guess it felt like someone in a higher position was scolding the foreign staff, but I felt so overwhelmed that I wanted to leave the venue as soon as possible. The best part is the inn's own sand steam bath.I managed to make it just in time. Both staff members were immersed in digging and stood there for a while. Finally, I was only told, "Please wait a moment," but there was no guidance to the waiting area.I made my own decision and walked to the zone where the previous customers were sitting and waited. There were signs everywhere prohibiting bringing in accessories, and I had left my smartphone in the changing room. Before it was my turn, I heard a staff member tell the customer, ``Please put your smartphone next to your head,'' and it seemed like there was some sort of photo-taking service.Of course I want to take a commemorative photo.I then asked, ``Can I go get my phone?'' but she said, ``I've already dug it.'', creating an atmosphere of no return. I have no choice but to go into a hole. However, when another group came after I had filled up, the staff member asked, ``Do you have a smartphone?'' as if I had just remembered! !This shocks me.No, you're kidding..I couldn't tell if it was sweat from the sand or sweat from anger, which made me angry inside. While it's full, are you being sold a hotel package along with the shuttle bus? Did I do something wrong? That's all I can think about. worst time.On the way home, I checked all the places I could see, but the only sign I saw was at the sand steam bath site, saying that if you brought your smartphone, we would take pictures for you. I'm sure you'll be on the verge of thinking, "Oh, my smartphone..."Why is this extremely important matter only posted at the site? ?Why are there unintentionally discriminatory responses? ?Is it because the price per customer is low? ?The room itself was in a state of wear and tear, with scratches on the walls left unattended with no attempt to hide them. I did some preliminary research on this point, so I didn't give it a negative rating. However, the wifi was not stable, probably because it was a low-rank room on the second floor facing the mountain.Lastly, perhaps because of the customer base, two groups of middle-aged and elderly people in two rooms facing each other left the doors open, allowing people to come and go, drinking and talking, and it was quite noisy. I didn't want to get in trouble for pointing this out so I was wearing earphones in my room.Overall, it's an inn with poor hospitality and poor quality of food.I would like a refund other than the meal cost.I would like to come back to Ibusuki someday because I want to experience the sand steam bath properly.I left Ibusuki with a firm vow to save another 10,000-20,000 yen for a luxury hotel nearby.

You can stay with peace of mind even with young children and the elderly. The facility facilities have been updated and safety has been taken into consideration. It's not unnecessarily luxurious, it's just the right setting, and it's comfortable enough to use.

There is a roof for bike parking (in front of the eaves), and the building is probably very old, and it feels like a hot spring inn from a while back. What is this? There were many places that made me think.
