The oldest hotel in Yakushima. The location has a very good view. The tatami room for four people is just right for living. The toilet and bathroom are a bit small and the voltage is not stable. If there is a power outage, the hotel staff will deal with it quickly. The hotel staff's service is great and friendly.

The inn has a unique atmosphere, and the front staff and lobby staff have a homely feel.Perhaps because it is an old inn, the entrances to the rooms are low and the entrances to the bathrooms are narrow. The green-haired turtle in the small aquarium is very cute, but when I saw it acting like it was trying to get out of the small tank, I felt kind of pitiful.Laundry requires separate detergent, but I'm glad that laundry is free.

The futon was comfortable to sleep on.The view from the window was good, and I could see people doing things like canoeing, and there were some cute goats.

The middle-aged woman at the live-in front desk is unpleasant.Even though I didn't request a wake-up call, he started waiting for me 30 minutes before breakfast, right in front of my room right at breakfast time. It's like surveillance. When asked about the typhoon situation, the hotel responded, ``It's up to the guests to make their own decisions, and the hotel doesn't know. Why don't you make your own decisions?'' What's up with just asking about the weather? I was charged 4 times the amount originally offered for the room, was left alone for an hour after requesting a reconfirmation, was left alone with no one in charge, and fled the scene when I asked for an explanation. At night, the fire alarm continues to sound until morning, and the inn seems to be malfunctioning frequently, making the hotel very uneasy. An old man who is an acquaintance of the company president is forced to pour shochu in his hand, and the employees leave him alone because it feels awkward since he is an acquaintance of the company president. The creepy old man who was staying there for a long time kept talking to me, and it was seriously the worst. Better not to stay there at all.

They were very kind to me.It's about a 10 minute drive from the Jomon Cedar Mountain Climb, and if you ask the front desk they will prepare an early morning bus and breakfast and lunch for the mountain climb.*At that time, we had you change your regular breakfast to one for mountain climbing, and we also prepared lunch for mountain climbing for an additional 200 yen. When I was in trouble due to an unexpected problem caused by the typhoon, I was very grateful to you for consulting with me and for responding flexibly until the end.it was very helpful.I would like to go again, soThank you for your understanding.
