Old hotel...But it's well looked after, the room is clean, the TV isn't old, either. The rooms have an old school feel but are being forced to be modern, the doors are trying to be renovated again, the room and bathroom doors must be modernized so they don't lose out to other hotels... that's okay, the rooms are also spacious, for the price 400 is the standard for high hills, if possible it's below the 400 rate... But you get the bonus of having your car washed in the morning, this is a plus, coming from outside the city with a dirty car, you don't need to go around the car wash anymore...Breakfast is like that for a 2 star rateIf you are used to 4 stars, don't expect more breakfast.Room okayLocation okayService okayOne more thing is the cleaning service, if you can clean the room, it's only 11 o'clock.Poor people who haven't checked out yet are still sleeping disturbed... Sometimes we get up until 11 or 12 at night, wake up wanting to be in the afternoon but are disturbed by the cleaning service in the morning.

The mattress is soft, the room is quite big, the bathroom is quite spacious, the room and the outside of the room are clean, only the breakfast menu is the same, the menu is not changed, I hope that after this the menu will be changed every day for breakfast, and the service will be satisfactory, ☺️☺️☺️

Comfortable with basic needs, neat and clean room. Warm and welcoming stass, with good attitude. Recommended especially for muslim guest. Walking distance to go to mosque, hospital (if needed) and variety of food shops too. If you need to walk to food expo and other nearby places it will take you about 10 - 25 minutes depending where you want to go to. For me I take 20 minutes to walk to Pasar Lereng, Jam Gadang and Pasar Ateh. There is a cool.coffee shop next door too!

The room is comfortable even though it looks a bit old, but kudos to the cleanliness, the bed sheets are not dusty and comfortable. The downside to this hotel is that the food, fried rice and eggs are basically very salty

A good place, located in the city center close to the Gadang Clock tourist attraction, there is a coffee shop and pizza panties not far from the hotel location,Friendly and fast service.Clean rooms are cleaned every day, even vehicle bodies are washed by the hotelBreakfast was also praised by my parents who are actually picky eaters...Maybe the suggestion is that the door lock can be repaired if possible

Check in is fast and can check in online. The superior type rooms are large and clean, only the hot water takes a long time to heat. The breakfast is not bad. Overall Good.

3 nights in the Kharisma Suite room, quite comfortable and satisfying, breakfast is always varied, room is cleaned every day, check in & out is fast, room is clean, AC is cold... thank you, will stay here again if I go to Bukittinggi.

This hotel is good, especially the car space which is quite big, and also the room is nice, and yes, but there is also a problem with the shower which can't be turned into warm water but yes from all sides it's all good.
