A place where you can stay for the whole day! It was really fun!

The hotel is old and has clearly seen a lot of island weather!!!This made it feel very much used and full of history, which made it feel quite wonderful!The staff were kind and helpful.Good views from the room and a couple of beaches were close at hand.You need a hire car if you wish to explore the north of the island and there’s much to see in any weather.All in all, the hotel was excellent value and would definitely return.

We stayed for 6 nights in early September.It is true that the building is old, but the bath, toilet, air conditioner, TV, etc. were new and comfortable.The first day was a tropical cyclone, and a typhoon started in the afternoon one day before the final day. I was on the brink of whether I would be able to go on the trip or not, but if I did, I would be able to return home, but I was lucky that the weather was sunny for most of the four and a half days of the trip.All the hotel staff are kind.The food is plentiful, delicious, and very reasonably priced.I had a good trip.

I stayed here for 2 nights. As mentioned in the reviews, the facility is old, but the room was well-cleaned. If you pass the cleaning during your stay, you will receive a coupon of 500 yen per person.When I asked about meal reservations at check-in, they said they were full, so I only made reservations for the second night. The homemade papaya pickle is delicious x4, and the oil somen is soupy. The grilled salt pork was also delicious. I was able to order rice balls to take home to my room. Please note that BBQ and shabu-shabu must be reserved in advance of your trip!There aren't many restaurants in the area, so if you don't make a reservation in advance during the busy season, you'll end up missing dinner on the island of Alual.Book a snorkeling tour and beach yoga for your companion at the tour desk in the hotel. When snorkeling, you can see sea turtles even at the beach entry point, and the sea is beautiful even though it is shallow. Even the children who were snorkeling for the first time were able to follow us closely and enjoy it safely. Early morning beach yoga seemed so good. There are two washing machines and two old household dryers. It doesn't dry easily, so it might be convenient to bring your own laundry to dry...All the staff were very kind and pleasant.thank you very much.

First time on Amami Oshima.The hotel was very old and had the impression of not being maintained.The room smelled musty anyway. Isn't it bad for your body? It smelled as bad as I thought.Even if they clean it, if it hasn't been taken care of that much, it doesn't feel clean.The staff at the front desk are also unfriendly.I never saw a smile.I wanted to make a reservation for dinner at the hotel restaurant, but I couldn't make a reservation at all.It didn't look busy though.I didn't feel motivated at all.

It's next to the sea, so the scenery is pretty good. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also convenient. If there were more cars, the waiting time might be shorter.

It's in a quiet place, but close to the airport and right in front of the sea, so if you want to relax, I think the location is perfect. You can also rent a bicycle at the hotel and ride along the cycling path along the coast. It's pitch black at night, so you can see the stars clearly.
