The customer service of the female staff in their 40s and 50s in the parking lot and at the front desk was very polite and good, but the female staff at the breakfast restaurant (a small, short-haired girl with a childlike appearance) was very rude and did not look at customers or her surroundings or was half asleep. It was very unpleasant for me because I couldn't do my job properly without being constantly criticized by customers.The next day, a slender, beautiful staff member greeted me with a warm smile.The atmosphere in the rooms and facilities is good, and it's nice to be able to monitor how crowded the coin laundry and restaurant are on the TV.The only disappointing thing is that the coin laundry room is too small, and although it's good that there are 5 laundry machines (there are 5 machines), the laundry is small (3kg).

Take the bus from Kagoshima airport to Tenmonkan bus stop or City Hall bus stop, and walk to the hotel about 5-10min.The hotel overall is very great, the staff at the front desk keep smiling and trying with English communication. I ordered some parcels and when I reached the hotel, they told me the parcels were already at my room, it’s so nice!There are ice making machine, vending machines and washing machines at specific floor. The single room is big enough for one person, the bed is soft and I’d a great sleep.For the breakfast, the waiter will ask you to choose the main dish and you can go to self-service bar to take salads and soup.There are bus stop and tram nearby, it is very convenient. Tenmonkan is opposite with the hotel so you can go around easily.Lastly, the price is very cheap for the hotel, I think it’s because it is at Kagoshima not Tokyo.

I liked everything about the price, location, and room condition!There was no smell at all, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the bedding.I can clearly hear the sound of the tram outside,I had a great stay for 2 nights. I want to come again :D

I used it last time and it was good so I booked here again.My arrival time was later than planned and I was worried about parking availability, so I parked at the affiliated Cera 602, but it was very spacious and easy to park.It was less than 5 minutes walk from the affiliated parking lot to the hotel.The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing and there are convenience stores nearby.

It's OK. That's about all I can say. It's just OK in all ways. But not better than OK, except for the staff who were all lovely. Kagoshima is small, hotels are generally cheap; you might as well splurge for something that has more charm and identity.

It's right in front of the tram stop, so you can go without hesitation. Although it's far from the central station, the Tenmonkan is close and Yamagataya is right in front of it. The rooms are also clean and spacious.
