It's close to the station. I think the price is cheap. The building is old, but it's well-maintained. The elevator is small. It's located at an intersection, so the sound of pedestrian signals and cars can be a bit bothersome. The first thing is the view from the hotel. Seeing the spectacular view of Asashibushi Bay will energize you.

It's an old and cheap business hotel, but I like it!The elevator and bathroom in the guest room are small, and the TV is small, but it's somehow calming (lol)The convenience store is a little far away, about 6 minutes walk.

The building and rooms have a Showa atmosphere, but when you consider the price, this is not a negative review.Free parking is available if you arrive early.Breakfast was included, but the negative aspect was that the color of the vegetables used in the salad had obviously deteriorated.On the other hand, I think it would have been better to give it a higher rating if it was for a room without meals.If that has been improved and you don't mind the Showa feel, I think this is a reasonable and convenient hotel.

Although it is quite old, the bath and toilet have been renovated so there is no problem.It's quiet, but you can hear quite a lot of voices outside the door.Conveniently located near Shibushi Ginza

It seems like it's run by an old man who seems like a nice person. Good luck in the future.Breakfast was like home-cooked food. A kind grandmother prepared it for me.The building is old. The unit bath is small.There is no problem if you just sleep.

The building is retro, but the rooms are fully equipped with Wi-Fi, refrigerators, toilet seats, and more.It's conveniently located within walking distance of Shibushi Station, Direx, and Hotto Motto, and the accommodation costs are low, making it an excellent value for money.Onigiri breakfast service is still available.There was a dryer on the 6th floor, which helped me dry my clothes that got wet from the pouring rain.If I come to this area again in the future, I would like to use it again.
