Rapani organised the transport from padang to kerinci and back, which was really helpful.They helped also to prepare the kerinci hike (transport to start point, lunchbox, entrance fee, etc.) You also can hire a guide and a porter.Rapani is very busy, but it was super easy to plan everything with him.

Complete facilities, water heater available, breakfast included, and free hot water, coffee, sugar and tea available. It's a shame that the wooden floor is very noisy, even though the road is tiptoeing, it still sounds.

We came here for trekking and couldnβt have wished for a better place to stay ! πThe hosts are incredibly helpful, they will help you arrange everything if you want to climb the Kerinci. πWe did it in two days, and it was a hard hike, but 100 % worth it because the sunrise at the summit is just incredible. We had food and nights included at the home stay before and after the trek, and they can include the transportation from/to Padang if you need it !If you are going for the volcano, take light clothes for the hike, and also extra dry and warm clothes to change at the camp, because it can be very cold, and it seems that big rain often hits in the afternoon. But the morning is always sunny !And also buy some extra snacks, even if lunch and dinner are included ! π«Anyway, Rapani and his team will help you prepare everything and you can easily stop at an outdoor shop on the way to the volcano, just ask for it :)Thank you so much Rapani, Roni, Ecco and all the team !

Lovely guesthouse at the foot of Mt Kerinci. The owner went above and beyond the call of duty, even arranging a drive back to Padang for us when our driver flaked out.
