I used it on a family trip. I had asked in advance for the bed to be set up for me, but it wasn't ready when I got into the room, which was a shame since our email exchanges were very polite. I was able to store my luggage before check-in and complete the formalities at that time, so when I checked in at night, I was able to get away with a simple explanation, but the woman who checked in in advance was very polite. However, the male staff at night was not very friendly, and even when I handed over my baggage tag, he didn't explain that it had been put in the room, and it seemed like I was the one asking questions and getting answers. In the elevator, there was no explanation that the lamp would not turn on unless you held your room card key over the IC chip and pressed the floor button, so you wondered why, and another guest got on the elevator and something like that happened. I wanted an explanation in advance. When I tried to drink tea in the mug in the room, the curry juice was caked on it, and unfortunately the back of the sink was not blown at all. I'm glad that the bathroom and toilet are separate. The WiFi was mentioned in the reviews, but it was completely slow and unusable. Was the breakfast buffet delicious? The staff were very courteous. The nearby parking lot is flat so you can safely park large vehicles, and you can get discounts from the hotel, so it was nice. When I stayed in Sakae last year, the security outside was not so good, but it was a little far away, so it was quiet, and the room on the top floor had a beautiful night view of the skyscrapers. Although there were some flaws, I am considering staying here again next year.

Clean and bright, breakfast is above average. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station or shopping district, which is convenient. The room space is average. If you bring children, please treat them as adults, otherwise the space will be crowded.

This time it was a special wedding 💍 5th anniversary celebration 🥂 I used this hotel on my first trip to Nagoya 🚅. Coincidentally, I learned from another person's post that this hotel is also celebrating its 5th anniversary 😊✨ This must be some kind of connection 🍀 This time I took the plunge and stayed in a premium twin room 😄. The room was spacious, with a big bed and a big sofa, and what was especially good was that there was a coffee maker with various flavors in the room 😊👍 The separate toilet and bath was also good 🎵 What I was looking forward to was the breakfast buffet. This is an egg 🥚 dish 🍳 made in the open kitchen. This time I had an omelet 😋 There were plenty of seats. The guidance from the staff was smooth and everyone was very friendly ♪ There was also local cuisine 🍽️ There was a lot of variety and it was fun to choose ✨The room was very quiet (maybe there were a lot of women and families) and no one was making loud noises in the hallway, so I was able to spend a very relaxing and relaxing time ☕️ There was free drinking water in the room. It was very helpful to have it. Is there enough water for cleaning? 😊 The cleaning was thorough and I was happy with the little consideration ☺️I got a little lost when walking here from the station 💦 It would have been nice if there were more easy-to-understand signs at corners and on the street 😌 I will use it again when I visit Nagoya 🍀

It costs about 1,000 yen to take a taxi from the station to the hotel, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. The room is very comfortable, not too small, the equipment is ok, the room is very quiet and comfortableOn the first day of our stay, we suspected that someone was smoking illegally in a nearby room. Our room also had a strong smell of smoke. The air purifier kept showing a red light. After contacting the front desk, they quickly helped us change rooms. The overall experience is pretty good

This will be JAL City's fifth time, following Sapporo Nakajima Park, Nagasaki, Naha, and Fukuoka Tenjin. It's relatively new and has a similar feel to Fukuoka Tenjin. The room didn't feel claustrophobic and the bathroom was separate, making it bright and easy to use. Since it was not a unit bath, I was able to relax even without a large bath. I was concerned that the Wi-Fi would occasionally cut out, perhaps due to compatibility. The breakfast was rather simple and made with elderly people in mind, but the cost was not good. Unfortunately, in terms of access, the hotel website says it is a 7-minute walk from Exit 8 of Fushimi Subway Station, but this exit only has stairs, and when I checked later, I found that there was an EV at Exit 10, so I think there was a lack of consideration. If you want to move around with a heavy suitcase, is it better to use a taxi? This time, I went with JTB's plan, which meant I was in at 1pm and out at 1pm, and my return flight was in the evening, so I was able to relax at the hotel.
