I think when I stayed, the room had been occupied by someone and had not been cleaned. The blanket smells like someone's body. There is no hot water. As a result, I decided not to spend the night here and checked out at 11 pm.

Not recommended because the staff is not friendly, and what makes me disappointed, I have booked a room via the application and already paid, then when I wanted to check in I was asked for additional payment, if it's not that much on the application, don't make it, lol

So the rooms are good in themselves however a little penny we had there was a rat in our room impossible to sleep there was no one in the night to help us it was hell

Pleasant hotel near a university site. Spacious room, comfortable bed, shower and toilet OK. There is no hot water despite the presence of a mixer tap. The mosque and prayers are very noisy at this location. Hot or cold water is available for consumption. I was able to dry my laundry. The welcome was very pleasant. Good value for money.

Rooms is tiny, just enough for two persons. Performing prayer (for Muslim) might be difficult due to limited space. However, the toilet was quite smelly (the odor lingered into the room) and it's making us totally uncomfortable.No iron provided. There's TV with decent local channels. Towels and shower gel provided. Aircond is slow to cool down the room.On the good side, location-wise, it's strategic. Just 10 minutes driving to a few seafood eateries. Staff is really helpful. There's a couple of parking spots outside.

I stayed 3 nights at Suri Guest House Syariah.. during those 3 nights the room was never cleaned, the mats and towels were not replaced, the trash in the room was not thrown away.. Hopefully this can be fixed by the Management

200m walking back I found the KopiPagi coffee shop and a beautiful beach, thank God I didn't make the mistake of choosing here.

cutepp..next time when there is another agenda in West Sumatra,definitely stay here...thxs...okay facilities,the price is quite affordable,clean...comfortable...It's not difficult to find food if your stomach is grumbling at night because the location is near the UNP campus which has lots of culinary places.BTW, this is close to the beach too 😁overall is good 👍👍👍

Ordered on Agoda, and my order was not recorded in the OYO system, even though the order on Agoda was successful. Super disappointing receptionist. I kindly asked for help to contact the OYO manager but he refused on the grounds that it was useless if there was no booking code from OYO. His nonchalant attitude and laughter when explaining made me annoyed and sorry. The worst receptionist I have ever met.Finally the owner came and helped explain, while contacting the OYO manager. I was forced to be transferred to another OYO which was located far away on the outskirts of Padang (11 km from this hotel), because this hotel was full. I didn't refuse because it was already 9 pm, tired and annoyed with the hotel receptionist.
