The entrance code will be sent to you via email on the day of check-in.If you don't notice the email, you'll be stuck at the entrance. The intercom at the front door does not respond when pressed. It's a fairly inexpensive accommodation compared to the market price, so the simple facilities are understandable. The room has a private space, but it is separated by a curtain, so anyone can enter if they want. Also, the sound is leaky.Showers, toilets, washbasins, etc. are shared. It's basically unmanned, so depending on the timing, you'll have to use it in pretty dirty conditions. This was a bit of a problem as there were no manuals on how to use the facilities, which is usually the case when you enter a hotel room.I understand that it's unmanned because it's a low-priced product, but if that's the case, I wish the manual for use would be more detailed. You cannot smoke anywhere. There is a small safe in the personal space, but it can only hold small items such as wallets and passports.Your belongings will be stored in a personal space that anyone can access. It's a place where people of various nationalities come and go, and the PIN number at the entrance probably hasn't changed over time, so anyone who has used the hotel before can re-enter. I was really worried about security as there was basically no staff.

You can stay overnight for around 3,000 yen. |There is a parking lot right next door, which is reasonably priced at 800 yen during the day and 300 yen at night. …

The beds size are nice and large and that's where anything nice to say about it stops. The bedroom is filthy, the bathroom is filthy, the entire building is filthy. Caked in dust and mold, most disgustingly all around the bed. There is no actual aircon for the unit I stayed in so during the hot days I stayed I had nothing to offset the heat.During my stay I had to leave a week early from this place because the amount of filth everywhere was making me cough and etc like crazy but as soon as I slept somewhere else I was feeling great again. It would take no work to actually clean the place and make it a decent place to stay but that won't happen.

If you like cheap and convenient, this is for you. Otherwise, I would take the money saved and put it in another place for slightly higher.Rooms were clean, but the shower and bathrooms weren't.Chairs broken in the common area, so chilling and trying to meet people is off the books, and no host so the hostel experience is up to you. Unfortunately, my hostel mates were not courteous and made it difficult to sleep. It was an uncomfortable stay.It is convenient and close to the station and easy to navigate other Tokyo lines. Be aware if you have large luggage because senzoku ike station doesn't have any escalators. And you have to lug your bags up the stairs once you get into Samurai Stay.Tldr: convenient, but money saved for not much higher is better spent at a nicer bnb/hostel

The toilet and shower room are dirty. The inner door on the first floor is noisy. The chair on the second floor is broken. The room on the first floor is reflected in the glass so you can see inside. The location is convenient, close to the station, and the price is cheap. The toilet, shower room, etc. are all dirty. The inner door on the first floor is noisy every time you open or close it. There was trash in the hallways and clothes hanging out to dry on the kitchen table, giving the impression that the residents were not very friendly. It's close to the station, and the price and convenience are good, so I'll probably continue to use it.
