I 100% recommend staying with the K family. From the beginning they were very attentive and helpful to us; They speak both English and Spanish very well, so there was no problem with communication.The place where the house is located is very nice and quiet, it is a little far from several tourist attractions, but walking through the streets of Tateishi makes up for it.

Staying at this accommodation was an amazing experience! We went a few months ago and we loved it. It is the second time that I have stayed in a K Family accommodation and I want to say that the stay was great. The two times I have stayed at one of their places it is simply a treatment and a one-of-a-kind experience. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, helpful and very friendly. The place is clean, tidy and very beautiful. On the other hand, communication with them is excellent, they help you with any problem you have and talking to them is very easy, as they master English and Spanish perfectly, that is something that is very difficult to find in a lodging in Japan (Spanish ). I highly recommend staying in one of their accommodations, because if you want to live a local experience in Japan this is a suitable place. The only negative point is the distance from some areas of Tokyo, but it makes up for being able to explore the beautiful Tateishi neighborhood, meet the locals and experience something different as a tourist. Definitely an unforgettable experience, if I go again I will not hesitate to stay with them. ありがとう

Five stars are not enough.Kawa-san did a great job picking me up,Please give me a lot of guidance around the area.After storing the suitcase on the last dayFor taking me back to the stationIt was a very comfortable last day trip.A place I want to visit again.

Fantastic house very close to the tateishi subway station, the owners, the Kawano family, are very friendly and always looking out for us. If I returned to Tokyo, I certainly wouldn't think about it and would definitely repeat.

Clean and tidy place, the host is good.They help you refill coffee and tea, also help you wash towel (provided by them) everyday.There is washing machine and dryer just outside the hse cost 200 yen with a limited time.They also drive you to a train station that can direct go to airport because keisei line (nearby train station) need to change train.

Pictures of the accommodation are as seen.Place is super clean and they provide daily clearing of rubbish and changing of towels!Mr T our host is a super host with his brother whom helped us not only provided early check in but also super late check out as they can accommodate till the next guest coming in only the following day. Mr T contacted us upon arrival and picked us up at AOTO station with our luggage into his van. He even made arrangements to pick us again out with our luggage during our check out time.Our kids loved his hospitality and he was readily there to provide us information around the area and also places we wanna visit.Location is conveniently located beside Keisei-tateshi station and lotsa of shops convenient enough for your daily needs with restaurants all around. 1 station away at AOTO there will be Daiso and also Dondonki.Would like to thank Mr T for his great hosting these few days.Pls give your utmost support to the K Family and their accommodation as they are awesome hosts. Will surely booked from them again if ever visiting Tokyo again!
