When I checked in, I was told that there were no reservations. I suspected that there was no email, so I left the hotel once because it took me a while to check when I had made the reservation. When I found the email and showed it to him, he asked if it was today. I was still suspicious, and when I told them it was today, I checked a second time and found out that it had been booked, but they didn't apologize at all! I started the check-in process as if nothing had happened. I requested two card keys, but only one came out... I don't want foreigners at the front desk who don't have reservations even though I paid in advance, or who don't apologize, or who can't serve customers properly! ! If you don't have email, you'll be camping out! Even though I'm paying for it! ! This is the first time I've been treated like this! I will never use this place again! I can't recommend it.

The lady at the counter is patient. The location is good. It is located in an alley next to the east exit of Ikebukuro Station. There are restaurants and love hotels nearby. The room is slightly small (double room) and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The bathtub has poor drainage.

I stayed here because there was an event nearby. As per everyone's comments, the room does not feel clean.◯The air purifier is full of dust.◯The folding mirror is dirty and dusty.◯The table where shampoo etc. were kept was dirty and there was trash left behind after the previous person used it and threw it away. This surprised◯The duvet cover also has some stains and feels uncomfortable.Very good locationIkebukuro station is also just a short walk away. Are all the staff foreigners?Maybe you haven't taught them how to clean properly?I was left with doubts.I wish this room would be cheaper. Then you can be patient and agree.

The equipment with soft water quality is pretty good. It’s small and beautiful. It’s small but good. It has good and bad qualities. But it’s very convenient to any nearby location.

Oh, it's dirty! That one word. The room was a business hotel, and I was grateful for the Simmons bed, so I thought it would be fine for just sleeping. Are you cleaning properly?Especially the bathroom was really bad. There is a strange colored liquid at the entrance to the bathroom that is hard to push. (Nosebleed? Blood? It looks faded)The amenity storage area was red mold, moldy and slimy as if water had been left there.Bathroom curtain full of mold, red mold. The sink drain doesn't drain at all, probably because something is blocking it.The water heater and dehumidifier are covered in dust. The floor also had traces of spilled items. Are you okay?I wonder if there will be a second time.

When I got into bed, long hair and short hair came out from under the comforter! !I've stayed at many hotels and this was the first time something like this had happened to me, so it was both disgusting and shocking.I will never stay there again.I also noticed long hair on the floor, which I thought was impossible.
