The staff was so amazing and helpful. The ladies at the desk were very helpful in checking me in quickly and they bowed until the elevator doors closed. Very polite and respectful people. The room was clean and you just put a magnet on your door if you want them to clean it while you’re gone. Amazing view of the city and lights and tall buildings so much that I would keep the curtains open at night and have an amazing sunshine coming in the morning. Loved my stay here would definitely recommend.

The cleaning was thorough. However, small details such as the base of the handrail in the bathroom were dirty. I want slippers with a thicker fabric (disposable type)It's always a pain because each room is so small (11 square meters), but other than that I don't really have any problems. I want a space of at least 15 square meters.

The location of the hotel is great (very convenient to Shibuya and Omotesando)There is Don Quixote near the hotel. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, but it seems unreasonable to only provide 2 bottles of mineral water (double room). The TV can be connected to the mobile phone for mirror projection.

Horrible service with no sense of humanity whatsoever. They refused to let us do the check in because we arrived 20 minutes before. I would usually not complain and wait but I was with someone very sick and they could obviously tell. They asked us for 1,000 yen for early check in which is not an issue but it shows a massive lack of humanity and empathy. Too bad we can’t put zero star.

I sometimes use it on business trips. The female staff who works in the evening serves customers politely, which makes me feel good.It was good.(The male staff may not have much energy overall.)There is also an ice maker and microwave, which is very convenient when you don't want to eat out.I will use it again
