This was my first trip to Japan & let me just say , every other airbnb I booked in Japan is going to have a hard time beating this one ! If you’ve never been to Japan , this area is perfect ! Everything is walkable ! Not far from the train station (less than 10 minute walk) , there’s a 7/11 close (4 minute walk) , Lawsons (2-3 minute walk) , soooo many restaurants & different cuisines to try , even a McDonald’s close to the train station , it was literally so perfect ! The area was super safe , I am a small woman & comfortable walked by myself all around the area & never once felt unsafe ! The host responds very fast & is willing to help at any time ! When I come back to Japan , I 100% will book here again !

I stayed here for my one week vacation in Tokyo and I am very happy with how it went. The location was very good and taxi’s were easily accessible. The cost was extremely reasonable and my double bed room was very clean. It’s good to know next time I stay in Tokyo I already know where to go! Thank you guys!

objectively speaking, this place is so bad. the walk from the nearest station is not as close. there is only narrow staircase here. the pincode never gets changed and has been the same, so privacy and safety is a concern. the room when we first entered smells so bad for some reason. the AC also smells when it turns on. the pillow didn't get cleaned or changed and smells so bad. it looks like the room isn't cleaned at all, just made to look good. some area on the walls are broken as if punched by someone, it was already like that when we entered. we had to ask the woman who cleaned the place for information (we asked very politely) and she ended up laughing at us and just was like looking down on us. the worst part is the room just smells so bad. the only saving grace is the street just outside the place, it has lots of foods n shops. and quite a good chill vibe.

In full transparency, I am writing this review because I believe I asked for a reasonable refund and the property refused. I booked two apartments. The street to the apartments is blocked and our taxi was unable to drop us off in front. Okay, except how am I supposed to tell a cab where to pick us up if they can't come directly to the apartments. Then, there was no elevator- just narrow stairs. We were on floors 3 and 4. The site says nothing about this. I called to say we were cancelling our stay as one of our guests cannot do 3 flights of stairs and offered to pay for one night but asked for a refund on the other 2. They said no. I spoke with Agoda who tried to mediate but the owners still refused. I do not think that my request was unreasonable given there was no information noting the lack of an elevator and that a taxi would have to drop us off a block away. I am disappointed in their stance and for these reasons would not ever recommend this place.

Amazing host who communicated well and was a breeze to deal with. The property is in a great location with many restaurants close by and convenient to public transport. Will definitely stay here again. The apartment was well presented.

Overall it was worth staying, the hotel is close to amenities, cafes, restaurants and train station. The neighborhood was quite nice, relaxed and quiet. Also, Shinjuku is not far if you want to talk a walk.

A very quiet neighborhood, and wonderful place to stay. The location is convenient, and is about 10 mins from Shibuya by subway. Close to a lot of convenience stores if you’re looking for a quick snack, as well as restaurants, if you’re looking for a great meal. Definitely recommend for the great price.

I liked the location a lot. It was nice walking down the street after a day of exploring Tokyo. One of the best things about this Air BnB was having a washer in the room. Even though there isn't a dryer, by using the hangers and dry setting on the shower room, we didn't need to use the ground floor laundry mat at all.We were two plus size Americans and one major reason we picked this Air BnB is because of the queen bed and tub. However, the bedding was rather lacking. There were a total of 4 pillows with cases, but they were so thin they needed to be stacked to equal one normal pillow. Also, the comforter was SMALL, like a double. Each night was a tug of war for the blanket, which we only experienced at this Air BnB, none of the other places we stayed in Japan. The tub was also small, even when compared to other Japanese hotel tubs. For info: I'm 5'1" and about a size 18-20 in US Sizes. I could BARELY fit into this tub, and was comfortable in multiple other Japanese hotel tubs, so this was a small tub. If you're a light sleeper, you will need a noise machine, as the windows are so thin you can literally here people sneeze on the street outside.

The indoor environment of the room is good, but the house may be older and the sound insulation of the walls is poor. Even if you live on the top floor, you can hear loud noises from the street. Moreover, there is constant noise from unknown machines all day long, just rumbling. If you are sensitive to sound, it will be more difficult to fall asleep. As for other equipment, I am very satisfied.The location is good, there are convenience stores and fresh vegetable shops nearby, and it only takes 8 minutes to walk to the station.

It's a lot smaller than I thought, but it's clean and the bed is big, so it's good to just sleep in the accommodation and go out. Shinjuku is just a short subway ride away, so transportation is good and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
