It’s compact, yet efficient and clean. It’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect for the room to be spacious. After all, it’s the cheapest that you may get for a hotel room in Tokyo. It has no closets, just a couple of hangers. You can tuck your luggages under the bed (there’s actually a tip on the TV screen about it). The bed is comfortable, the pillows are memory foam. Despite its lack of space, the amenities are neatly tucked in to optimize the use of the small space. The ref is switched off by default, but there’s a switch that looks like a light switch on the desk, just beside where the ref is tucked in to switch the ref on, if you need to use it. The chair has wheels which I thought made sense since the room is carpeted, you can easily move it. The ensuite bathroom is overwhelming with toiletries! Its toilet has the infamous Japan technology where it has built-in bidets. There’s a bathtub with integrated shower. The bathtub is tall enough and the curtain covers enough to avoid water spillage when showering. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in big bottles so you don’t have to worry about how long they will last and they are refilled during housekeeping. The housekeeping happens every 3 days. (We stayed 6 nights). But you can request for it if you want, by using the magnetic sticker plastered on the door, and stick it outside your door. You are provided with free coffee, tea and sugar sachets, as well as disposable cups, along with fresh towels and kimonos, everyday. Bottled water is only provided on Day 1 but the tap water is drinkable, as the sign said. The hotel itself is a walking distance to Ameyoko Street and Akihabara. The closest subway station is Suehirocho Station on the Ginza line. The Ginza line can take you to Asakusa, Ginza, and Shibuya. The Ueno station where you will first land from Narita airport, if you are going to ride the Skyliner, is 2 stops away from Suehirocho station. But you can absolutely walk from Ueno station to this hotel like what we did, which is about 20 minutes walk. The closest station to JR Yamanote Line (trains above grounds) is the Okachimachi station which is at the back of the Parco mall. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will book this chain again when we get back to Japan in the future.

Check-in 09/26-10/01The room was very cleanTV oversizedWIFI network speed is very goodOf course this is a business hotel so the room is very smallThe 29" suitcase may need to be unfolded on the bedBut if you just want to sleep and want convenience, the location is greatThere are supermarkets and McDonald's near the hotel, which is very convenientAnd it’s very close to JR stations and subway stations. If you are willing to walk, it is convenient to go directly to Ueno, Ameyoko Town and Akihabara. The attitude of the service staff is also very goodIf you have any need, I will be willing to help if you ask. Will stay here again if I have the chance
