Super clean and well appointed house in a great neighborhood. Bed space for 8 people plus 2 more can sleep in the living room. They provide futon and a blanket as well so it was perfect for our group. Kitchen is spacious and it was nice to have a large dining table to sit around. Having two showers and two toilets were a huge plus for our large family. Host is very quick to respond to your inquiries and very knowledgeable about restaurants, places to go, and things to do. The house is about 6 minute walk from Hatsudai station, depending on your stride. There are many restaurants along the way including McDonalds, 7-Eleven, and Family Mart. Tokyo Opera City is also close by and offers many restaurant options

Great self catering amenities. Very clean and plenty of air conditioning to make your stay comfortable. Three levels and narrow stairs (typical Japanese unit) may make it difficult for people with poor mobility. Also two bedrooms are top floor so you will have to lug your suitcase up. 5-10 minute walk nearest station. The owners were very quick to respond via email for any enquiries and even provide a book about what to do in the area. Overall, it was very pleasant and we would stay again for sure.

Husband and I are both licensed real estate brokers. Our mantra... location, location, location. This place gets 5 star for it. It's just 1 station away from Shinjuku and a very short walk from the station exit. Place is newly renovated, nice, comfortable, convenient, cozy, spacious. Everything we need for our 9 days in Tokyo. Will fit as much as 8 pax comfortably. They have also provided all the necessary amenities, appliances and materials to make our stay comfortable. We didn't find any additional need to call them to provide for anything else.Communication in English is excellent as well.This has been one of our better stays in Tokyo. Will definitely come back.
