Nice&new hotel. Staff is very friendly. The gym is very small and you have to book it in advance since its only meant to be used by one person at a time. But they have a dumbell set which goes up to 40kg + bench which is nice. What’s annoying is that if you take the elevator from the ground floor it always stops at the reception instead of taking you up your room level. Not enough space to hang or store thingsLocation is convenient, 6 min walk to the mai station, lawson and family mart next door.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good food, next to the main street of Akihabara and a 5-minute walk from the train station, with proximity to bus lines and subway lines as well.

Small but beautiful room. Comfortable pillows and blankets. Good shower gel. There is absolutely no space to store things :( it was very difficult. It would seem that if you have little space, you need to make the most of it, but no...Worst shoehorn I've ever seen. In all other hotels in Japan it was normal.Worst room cleaning. Hiding behind bravado about being “environmentally friendly,” the hotel simply saves on cleaning. Okay, I accept the lack of linen replacement. But why did the maids only change the glasses once in 6 days?! If I have to wash them myself, supply me with dishwashing detergent. The same goes for everything else. They folded my robe only once. It’s strange to see that on a forced bed, MAIDS simply throw their bathrobes in a lump. HOW IS THIS WHAT IS THIS? Do you not change towels? OK! But where to dry them? There is not even room to hang them all. And what’s more, they don’t have time to dry as quickly. Install a heated towel rail then. They changed one number to another. In the rooms on the 3rd floor there is no transparent glass, the noise of the metro was heard and the hum of street ventilation was very audible. The hair dryer had damaged braiding and bare wires sticking out.

This 4* pretends to do ´ecofriendly’ cleaning and uses this to only remove the trash from your bin and make bed which takes approx 3 min/room (they dont change towels, bedding and they clean nothing). They leave you with 2 options: no service at all or the ´eco friendly’ nothing above.I stayed 5 days/4 nights and the room was NOT CLEANED EVEN ONCE! UnacceptableThe hotel should give you the option to get regular cleaning and change whatever is needed (towels, bedding) if you want it, as we pay for it.OR reduce the price/night because there is no service.Stop increasing your margins by pretending to be eco friendly, what a joke.Other than that, good location for subway and connections. Nice rooms with modern equipment but also very tiny. Friendly and helpful staff overall. This would be a good 3* hotel.Summary: 2 stars to draw your attention on this dishonest stance. Otherwise would give 3.8/5

Centrally located in Akihabara, easy to get back to by foot/taxi. The restaurant on the first floor is tasty, and the rooms are better than surrounding hotels. If you're staying here for the first time I recommend the Black Marshmallow maid bar across the street or the main Street a block away.

The location is great, super close to the main akihabara street, near super potato and the Warhammer cafe. The hotel service was mind-blowing, taking the traditional Japanese hospitality to the next level. Both the front desk and cleaning staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The only downside is that you need to go to the second floor to grab amenities yourself

Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was firm but comfortable. Check in was easy. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel but it looked good. Our room was on the seventh floor which was nice and quiet. I didn’t love the neighborhood; Akihabara is probably fine for someone younger than I am but I thought it was just noisy without any real draw.

Splendid hotel located in the lively Akihabara district of Tokyo, in an ideal location thanks to its proximity to both the subway and the JR station, perfect for comfortably exploring all the main tourist points of the city. The hotel is recently built and stands out for its elegance and attention to detail. Inside there is also an excellent restaurant and pizzeria. The rooms are surprisingly spacious by local standards, tastefully furnished and soundproofed, featuring an extremely comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom, with a large separate shower cabin, offers considerable space. In the room, a kettle with tea and coffee is available. We had the opportunity to try both the well-equipped gym and the laundry service, both very practical. The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. We appreciated every aspect of this hotel, which also offers entertainment with courses and live music. Furthermore, a comfortable traditional Japanese robe is always available in the room. Thank you for the wonderful welcome!
