It was my first trip to Hakone and I didn't know which hotel to stay in, so I was wondering if the blue exterior would be a good idea? I made a reservation with this in mind.I was worried because the reviews said that the interior was old, but I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality hot springs and delicious food. The hot springs have an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, and they seem to contain sulfur ingredients and have a sulfur scent. The indoor bath also feels a little small, but the mellow hot water is so great that you'll want to soak in it forever. The outdoor bath was great for soaking while looking at the night sky.We had all-you-can-drink alcohol and soft drinks, as well as all-you-can-eat sweets, but the dinner was so delicious that we could only drink one or two drinks. The meal consisted of one main dish and the rest was buffet style. It seems like they put a lot of thought into each and every dish, and the main dish, pork simmered in tomato sauce, was so delicious that I was impressed.I was worried about the interior, but it wasn't as old as I expected and it was well kept, so I had no complaints. However, the pillow was a little low, so I thought I would need a cushion or a sub-pillow.Due to the location being a bit on the top of a mountain, there were no overnight stays for foreign guests. If you're looking for a hidden spot on weekdays when there aren't many people, I highly recommend you stay here!

The room we had was neat and clean, but quite dated (2024) and clearly a room that had been smoked in a lot in the past. The bathroom was really small, I have seen caravans in my life with a larger bathroom than the one in this hotel room. The food, both morning and evening buffets, was somewhat eclectic, but of excellent taste and quality. The onsen is fine. If you stay here, make sure you get a renovated room. Easily accessible by public transport (bus).

I went on a trip to Moto-Hakone after Golden Week, and it was my first all-inclusive stay. Well, it's pretty cheap, and I understand the general idea after reading the comments (¯-¯٥)As for my impressions, I'm pretty satisfied. The all-you-can-drink option is separate (beer and sake are charged separately), but since I'm not a Peel fan, I didn't mind the food, and despite the small number of customers, they served a small amount of extra food, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was done (´﹃`)The hot water in the bath was unbelievably hot as it had water added to it. But when it rained, it got a little lukewarm...but it was a nice bath.

It can't be helped that it feels old, but the amenities weren't very good either. The food didn't seem to require much effort, especially the breakfast, which had a lot of ready-made dishes. It was supposed to be a view of Lake Ashi, but all I could see was the mountains.

Too bad about the bathroom! If you use public transportation, it is a short walk from the bus stop. The next day, there was a place I wanted to go to, so I asked the front desk to tell me about it, but I was in a lot of trouble. I later found out that there was a better route. After checking out, I walked to the bus stop and the bus never came! 40 minutes of waiting! I wish there was a shuttle service to Moto-Hakone Port several times a day.The room had a high ceiling and was clean.I was happy to receive snacks and drinks at the front desk. The meals included a buffet and a main dish, and all were delicious. So far I've been satisfied...The bath...!That can't happen at a hot spring inn.The inside bath and surrounding area were dirty. It's old, but is it due to corrosion from the hot springs? I thought so, but since it was running water, it came off when I rubbed it, so it was just dirt. It's horrifying. The water was not too hot and felt nice. The dressing room is probably easy to clean, but I would like some consideration to keep the floor from getting wet.Wouldn't it make a difference just to place another foot-wiping mat?I was looking forward to the hot springs, but I was disappointed. That's a shame, but isn't that a very important part?

Satisfying content for a reasonable price. Dinner is also a buffet, but the taste and variety are good, and the drinks corner is free, including alcohol, although there is a restriction until 9pm.
