1. CS service is not friendly2. The room facilities are not well maintained, dirty, the TV is broken, and the room is stuffy3. I ordered 1 month before, there was no further confirmation regarding room problems at that time.4. CS informed us that the bathroom was leaking when we just wanted to check in and advised to refund. At that time, it was a long holiday where many hotels were full.Please fix it!

Had an unpleasant experience. C. out at 12 o'clock. At 12 o'clock the room is already busy. With harsh words "don't take too long". After c.out intended to give input... the female officer wearing a headscarf instead pointed and shooed him away... while standing still. And teased "don't you have any money here?"In terms of service, this really doesn't respect customers. No matter how cheap the rooms you sell, remember you are selling services. I understand, sis. I will never forget the way you treat customers.

The room is really dirty, especially the bathroom. Can't say a word. Yes, I know it's a cheap hotel, but you really need to maintain cleanliness.• The bed sheets have lots of spots. There are spots like blood marks.• There's hair on the bed *and* I swear it's so ticklish.• Oh my God, the bathroom looks like it's never been taken care of.Pls whoever owns this hotel, evaluate its performance. So ugly.

*DO NOT STAY HERE*If you don't want to lose time, energy and materials, just look for another hotelDon't be lulled by cheap prices because the facilities are that cheap.The room is smelly and dirty, the bathroom especially, the water doesn't flow, the front of the room is flooded.I booked 4 days because it was close to the activity location, it didn't arrive for a day, I stayed in the room and couldn't get a refund.The receptionist who is also the owner (there is no receptionist, so you will definitely meet this creature if you come to this hotel) is not only rude and unfriendly, but is also rude and a liar. Not recommended, the room smells musty, it looks like it hasn't been lived in for a long time, it's dirty, the sheets and pillowcases also have stains, there are even cockroaches, really not recommended.
