Stayed here, then the shower was broken, it was reported and it had not been repaired, and was accused of destroying it. In the end, my husband fixed it himself. Then during check in the ID card is held until check out, is that okay?

Honestly, it hurts to stay at this hotel. We were accused of destroying the curtain toy and asked for a deposit even though the pratiwi mother herself was the one who removed the curtain toy when we wanted to come and clean up things in the car, in the end we found out that the curtain toy had been taken apart and left in the room. And we checked again in the room and it turned out that the curtain support bolts had been removed.After we completed it and reinstalled it, the mother was silent and couldn't move.He was annoyed when he gave the deposit, we only left an ID card instead of the money he expected.If we didn't make a strong argument about an incident that we didn't do, he would have accused us and asked for the deposit.

Every time you visit Padang with your family, you stay at PRATIWI ANGGREK SYARI'AH.The room is clean, the AC is adequate, the TV is Android and there is WiFi, you know, hot and cold for showering. The owner is responsive and friendly. The location is quiet, 5 minutes to Padang beach, recommended for low budget accommodation. Thank you for the flexible service.
