Good and strategic location, lot of restos, fruit market, supermarket around...I took room 201, for 2 weeks, since i am a solo traveller.ROOMS :Bed linens were clean and smell fresh, but the curtains and walls were stained! Dust and a bit dirty (plastic packaging, used tissues, hairs) were under and on the side of the bed.. need more attention for the housekeeping matters.NO TV + Remote tv (if you are a tv giggs will suffer), NO AC REMOTE (but if you need to adjust your airconditioning, just ask the receptionist or staffs, they will help you immediatelly)Bathroom was cleaned, but sometime the smells come from the drain, so i bought kamper ball, which helps a lot, but not healthy...They do have hot and cold water.*** NO LOCK for the DOOR WINDOW IN THE ROOM TO GO TO THE TERRACE (somehow seems lack of the security for the Guest property), but i am ok at that time.STAFFS :SUPER EXCELLENT STAFF SERVICE!! Especially Karin, Akmal, Baldi, Nadya, Ringgo, Nisa, ... who always fast response and helpfull.. also, always have a big smile on their face...thank you!FOOD N BEVERAGES :So far, good taste, delicious, refreshing ! Easy acces if you need to consume something during your stay.They have good coffee too! And the music is good from Thursday - Sunday in their cafe downstair.For the Management :Surely need to put attention on the HOUSEKEEPING MATTERS.I know some guest has a dirty habits, but you guys can do better.

The accommodation is clean, premium rooms, cold and hot water for the shower... integration with the cafe below, so sometimes the sound penetrates into the room, the positive is that you don't have to bother looking for lunch or dine in... for those who like playing billiards, recommended really come here...It's just that the rooms are not provided with TV and AC remotes, so you don't have the freedom to set the TV and AC... Hopefully the policy can be improved next time...

This is my first time staying at this hotel but it's really cool, the rooms are spacious, the service is friendly and the place is clean, the most important thing is to find food, just go downstairs👍👍

Very disappointing, the hotel was damaged, the floor was completely peeled off, Traveloka said it was for 2 guests, arrived at reception for 1 person, so I paid extra.I suggest you don't choose this hotel, it's a shame like a hotel that has been neglected for a long time

If there are other homestay/hotel options, YOU SHOULD JUST LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO LODGE. My experience at this hotel was not good. In terms of location, it's strategic, because there are lots of food and shop choices. I'll just mention the advantages and disadvantages based on personal experience.Excess:-Easy to reach location-Cheap price-Breakfast is delicious-There is a cafe downstairsDISADVANTAGES:- Dirty room (sheets, walls, windows look like they have never been cleaned)-The equipment in the room is incomplete-WATER WAS OFF since afternoon and only available at 1pm-HOME SERVICE IS NOT FRIENDLY (my experience was that I was knocked at 12 at night just to ask if there were more than 2 people in the room even though clearly one of our friends had gone home)-Room door cards are not provided (so it's difficult if you travel a lot)- Quite noisy because downstairs there is a live music cafeTo the homestay, please consider customer complaints. Thank You.

We almost stayed at this hotel.It didn't happen because the rules at this hotel were not listed in the Traveloka application. We wanted to take a dormitory room with my female colleague, but suddenly the hotel didn't accept it because the dormitory could only be occupied by men or something similar. The hotel should include this information on Traveloka, so that prospective guests are disappointed when they arrive at the hotelThis hotel is on the top floor while the cafe bar is downstairs. I assume that if this hotel is a bit noisy, it won't be comfortable to rest because you will definitely hear the sound of people drinking below.I also saw the review on Traveloka, that this hotel is not friendly for a night's rest haha.

Recommended homestay because it's cheap 175/day with breakfast too, it's just a shame that the small room is also counted the same... AC and there's a hot shower too

A comfortable & clean place, but what makes me give a rating of 1 is that the items that live here are very unsafe, I have stayed here before, one of the clothes my friend lives in, and the employee I saw yesterday was wearing it, when asked the employee was just indifferent & didn't answer.
