I made a repeat visit in late January. It was a calm and quiet inn, and I was able to relax very much. This is the best auberge that you will want to visit again and again.【cooking】It's a French full-course meal, it's voluminous, it looks beautiful, and it's fun to make elaborate dishes. Pairing with wine is also great.[Bath]The open-air bath in the guest room is Owakudani Onsen, and it feels like the turbidity has returned a little. The best bath in a quiet space where you can relax and soak for as long as you want.【staff】They are all very attentive and friendly people. However, you can rest assured that the customer service is polite and not too familiar.○Revisit in October 2024I used it for a family anniversary and was very satisfied! It was a trip filled with so much joy, surprise, and fun that I cried!Excellent customer service from the staff, quiet accommodation, pleasant hot springs, spacious and relaxing suite rooms, delicious food and wonderful wine pairings!Even though my trip is over, I want to go again right away! This is a hideaway for adults.

I decided to travel a week ago and used it on the first day of my 3-day holiday. I was excited from the moment I arrived due to the high level of hospitality provided by the hotel staff. When you are shown to your room, you will see a wooden bed, a dining table, and behind it you can see a circular bath and a balcony terrace overlooking the garden. The bath is a semi-open-air bath, and I was very happy to be able to take a bath while feeling the outside breeze, and it was a valuable experience. The food was delicious, both at night and in the morning, and there was a wide selection of wines to enjoy. The most delicious dish for me was the seared bonito, and it was my first time to eat bonito with fruit sauce. I am very satisfied with the two desserts🌼I was able to experience nature, take a bath in a hot spring, eat delicious food, and be treated to a lot of hospitality. It was a very happy memory.I look forward to hearing from you again.

I always use it,The bath in the room is very nice, and the spring quality is a slightly acidic spring from Owakudani, which is rare in Hakone. It seems that it takes several months for the turbidity to settle down, so the steam spring from Owakudani was redrawn to restore the previous turbidity. It seems like it will still take some time to get back into the bath. It has a slightly sour taste, and since there is no precipitate, there is still no sulfur smell typical of sulfide springs, and I expect it to gradually become cloudy in the future. The public bath is a Gora hot spring that is clear and colorless and very mellow. The food is very busy and the menu changes every time to keep us busy. I thought the chef had put a lot of thought into choosing the menu, and I was impressed and the food was delicious.I have received it.The manager, Mr. Hirose, and all the staff were very sophisticated, and I felt that they paid close attention to detail, and I was able to spend a very good time.I've been there a few times now in the spring, and I'll be back again.I visited again in December. The acid concentration in the bath has become higher, and I feel like I have more buildup than before. I'm very satisfied.I was worried about the snow in Hakone, but it's gone now and it looks like the scenery will change to spring soon. bath acidityBut it feels just right.I came back in August. The turbidity of the bath gradually returns. If you tap the pipe and add hot water all at once, it will become cloudy,The whole thing is milky white.I came back in December. It seems that the hot springs from Owakudani were stopped due to typhoon damage, and the hot springs were now supplied from Gora Onsen. I hope to be able to return to the sulfur springs from Owakudani soon. The food is as delicious as before. The appetizer is escargot with green sauce. mushroom soupThe quail truffle sauce is very delicious, but the addition of foie gras mousse makes it even more delicious. The wine-steamed sole of the sole is made with Americana sauce to give it a light flavor, but the rich crab sauce gives it depth, making it very delicious. The next morning, we had a French restaurant, but we had a Japanese breakfast instead. As the flavor continued to be strong, we were concerned about our health, so we asked the French chef to try our hand at Japanese cuisine: greasy horse mackerel, grated radish, miso soup, and rice.thank you

The hospitality of the highly professional staff, the lovely interior, the hot springs in the room, and the food are all excellent. The scent of the towels at the bar and the hand soap in the room also gave the impression that they were very particular about it.I will go again! !

A very nice and cosy boutique hotel with excellent food and service. We enjoyed the terrace at cool 24°C and Onsen very much. Food was outstanding and super friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend if you prefer smaller and quieter places in green surroundings.

We were very impressed and pleased with our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We spoke very little Japanese but the staff was able to work with us through any language barrier. They were able super accommodating of food allergies, still providing a top tier dining experience to match that of the regular menu. The food was delicious, a few highlights were the lobster, roasted bonito, and the various sorbets. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bath and balcony were perfect for relaxing.

The room had an open-air bath and I was able to relax. As for the main dish for dinner, I think men would be more satisfied with the main dish if it was a bit more...but it was delicious😋

I used it to celebrate my partner's birthday. After getting off the bus for less than 10 minutes, I wondered if there was really an accommodation in a place like this. ! As I walked along, an inn suddenly appeared in the middle of a plateau.A male staff member immediately called out to me, took my luggage, and checked me in!A nice scent spreads throughout the building, and I'm already in a relaxing mode...The room had an open-air bath where you could stretch your legs and relax, the water was hot, and the view from the balcony was great. It was very sunny on the day I used it, but I felt that it would be nice to have a nice atmosphere even if it was snowy in winter or drizzling with rain.Everything at the French dinner was delicious, and not only the ingredients but also the sauces that went with all the dishes were exquisite! The fact that there was sweet potato paste instead of mashed potatoes under the meat was very nice as it gave you a sense of the season. We are picky eaters, so we ordered additional dishes that you suggested, and we were really glad we added them.I was surprised that the scallops were bigger than I had ever seen them before! Soft and delicious!I don't usually have access to high-class French courses like this, so I was grateful for the detailed explanations of the dishes. The birthday plate and bouquet of flowers you prepared were even more wonderful and cute than I imagined...!Although I had asked for a surprise, I was worried that it would be embarrassing to have a grand celebration since other people were watching, but this turned out to be a silly question.I was very happy that the male staff congratulated me so smartly. My partner was so surprised that his reaction on the spot was weak (lol), but he was quite impressed. Also, the female staff during the training was very hardworking and personable, and I really felt the kind of softness that only female staff can provide. It's wonderful. I wish you the best!I was impressed by the staff's attentiveness and hospitality, and I could feel that they were confident in their service to customers. It was my first time staying at an inn, but I would definitely stay here again when I travel to Hakone again.Thank you very much for this time.
