An excellent and affordable hotel.Nothing remarkable but good in every way, approved small breakfast every morning and close to 3 subway stations. The rooms are small but in good condition and cleaned every day.

Excellent hotel. This was my second stay at a Comfort Hotel in Tokyo and I chose to stay here because of their breakfast and affordable rates. The rooms and amenities are decent and make for a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned every day and staff is polite and helpful. They have free coffee and other beverages throughout the day and a cozy cafe library.

We stayed here for 5 nights and I would stay there again. The staf was very nice and professional and always helping with a smile. The room was very clean and they would clean up daily with the outmost detail to everything. We also enjoyed the location, not far away from the crowded areas but very quiet at night. The only downside would be the size of the room which was on the smaller size, but it’s normal for Tokyo.

Ideal location with station on one side and seven eleven on the other. Couldn't get more ideal than that. Lovely quiet, safe location. Central to everything. Very friendly helpful lovely staff who go above and beyond to help however they can.Would definitely come back again.Room is a very decent size to fit 2 carry on bags, any shopping and 2 large suitcases without any struggle to move around them. Bathroom quite efficiently sized. Only be an issue if you are quite a tall person (5'9+ id say).Room impeccably maintained and serviced by house keeping. My favourite hotel in Japan.Free breakfast that is cooked to perfection and always fresh! Tried breakfast at others hotels, not fresh or cooked beautifully in comparison to here. Unbeatable.Bed very comfortable.

Standard location, nothing special.Breakfast sucks.Eggs are not fried properly, they look like snot, too sweet and not oriented to the west. Only good thing was the yogurt with corn flakes. Also very busy during breakfast from 8am. The staff is very friendly, that's not the problem. Clean towels every day is a bit excessive and environmentally unfriendly. Doesn't fit the present tense.

The downside is that the room is small (13m2/about 4 pyeong). It was friendly and clean. It's right next to the Bakurocho Station exit. There is a convenience store on the first floor. There is a free cafe on the 2nd floor that is open until 24 hours a day.The free breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 was good.

A good hotel that I would definitely like to visit again. Exit 4 of JR Bakurocho Station is a staircase, but there is a convenience store right next to the hotel. As soon as you enter, you can temporarily leave your luggage unattended, which is very convenient. The room is standard. The unit bath is large enough, although the sink protrudes into the bathtub. The food was lacking in variety, but it was sufficient. The elevator may be crowded during check-out time.
