The food is delicious and the customer service is pleasant, but I am very disappointed in the smell of chlorine in the open-air bath in the guest room. I choose accommodations based on the fact that they have hot spring baths, but this is the first time that the open-air bath in the guest room smells like chlorine.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The amenities in the large public bath for women were Sekkisei! !I've never seen this before at any of the hotels I've stayed at, and I'm so excited! !Although the facility feels old, there are neat and cute decorations everywhere, and the bath was comfortable. The food is delicious! Of course the Hida beef was delicious, but the river fish and rice were also delicious. The service from the employees was good and I felt very relaxed. It was an inn that I would like to come back to stay at again.

I used it to reminisce with my late wife. The hospitality and food provided by the hostess and waitress are also perfect. It was such a nice inn that I regret not being able to take her there when she was still alive. I would like to go again someday.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was also an open-air bath in the room, which was very useful as I was able to soak in it as many times as I wanted without hesitation!

It snowed a few days ago, so I was worried about the snowy roads, but the unseasonably hot and sunny weather made the roads OK, and the snow on the roadside made me realize that we were in a snowy country. As other reviews have said, I was impressed by the hospitality of the Nakai-san. I was again impressed by the unbelievable price even though there was an open-air bath attached to the room. .There was no beer in the refrigerator in the room, so the waiter told me to buy it from the vending machine, but then he told me, ``There's a liquor store diagonally across the street, so it would be cheaper to buy there.'' When I drank the alcohol I had brought with me for dinner, no one said anything. The food was a reasonable amount and I was very satisfied with the hospitality of the waitress.

The open-air bath in the guest room smelled so bad of chlorine that I almost didn't bathe in it.Other than that, I am very satisfied with the food, room, and customer service. In the large public bath, the indoor bath felt like a normal hot spring, so you couldn't tell if it was a hot spring, but the outdoor bath smelled of sulfur and was very pleasant.
